Was trying to pick up food to deliver to a customer. Inside is closed at 8(what a joke) and when I went to drive thru a female with a Spanish accent who spoke broken English gave me attitude because she couldn’t understand me. I have nothing to lose. You do with this review, lmfao!!! You will probably lose money on this order while I will continue to make money. There’s a reason why you work where you work but with your attitude, you probably won’t be there much longer. I will never go back until she’s gone!!! She is embarrassing for your company and she will lose you money like tonight!

By far the worst service from any fast food place. More than half the time they will not take your order at the drive thru window and just watch from the window as you drive away after waiting 5 minutes for them to respond at the ordering machine. Despicable management worst Wendy’s I’ve been to.

Got home to discover that my drive thru order was completely wrong – not even close to what I ordered. Guy in the window barely grunted at me. I should have taken that as a sign to check the bag. And the burger I did get was very sloppily made.

It is usually pretty busy at this location but the line moves along. We used the drive thru and brought our food home. My order was correct. Straws and napkins were in the bag. My only complaints and reason for 4 stars is the fry containers were half full. And we ordered 2 drinks.. 1 diet coke and 1 regular coke. They were not marked so we had no idea whos was whos until we drank from them. The gentleman working the window was ok, but like i said busy location and u cant really talk to the person at the window and take an order at the same time. This could be improved, but not his fault.
