We ordered 4 meal sandwiches as advertised on the posters displayed in the drive up lane “Dave Doubles” and some single foods. We repeated the order 3 times and clearly stated that we wanted the burger WITH the bacon as it’s shown. Then we get our food with out the bacon and not at all as we ordered. Plain or with/without mayo, ordered with lettuce and tomato and then get NO tomatoes and withered lettuce, etc. Then not only did it take over 25min with only 2 cars in front of us, but the whole order is messed up. Clearly the person/persons do not have a clue as to take or read a menu order. The level of incompetents at that Wendy’s is shocking. We are 4 customers that will NEVER come to that Wendy’s again. Management needs to train these employees. I hope they take note to this as we ordered what we wanted very clearly. We even said that we wanted the bacon on there and it showed we paid for it. By the time we saw that they had messed it up we were driving on the highway however. Not that we would have gone back as there were now 3 cars in line and we would not be waiting another 40min just to tell them what is wrong only for them not to fix it correctly anyway. Unbelievable.

I like this Wendy’s the best out of any I’ve gone to. The sandwiches I’ve gotten are never slapped together like you sometimes get from fast food restaurants. I have yet to be disappointed by this location. Today the cashier even let me get a small frosty when I was 15 cents short to pay for it. All the employees are very friendly and nice, which again is very unusual compared to other fast food restaurants!

With only drive through open one would think they could manage, NOPE went there on 5/8/20 about 1:4pm and the baby killer at the window was not friendly, and couldn’t take more than one order. Not to mention the fries were cold and soggy. I usually love Wendy’s but I won’t return to this one if that thing is there

The staff are so SLOW!!! The drive through can only take 1 order at a time. Inside forget it, it looks trashy inside. The food was fine but if your looking for fast food I wouldn’t recommend this Wendy’s.

They have good service. The summer salads are fun and tasty. Can’t go wrong with a frosty. The dining rooms can usually use a good cleaning. Not just here… all locations could use more help with the cleanup.

I think they were short-handed the day we visited. We waited quite a while to place our order for just a sundae and a frosty using the drive up. Then the order was messed up. Sundae and frosty were great BTW; just drive up service was lacking.

Very painfully slow. Took half an hour to get our food and the menu had half the choices of other Wendy’s we have been to lately. Staff was nice and tried hard but weren’t trained to handle more than one order at a time.

It’s a Wendy’s. Reasonably edible food at a good price. Unfortunately, we arrived after a tour bus hit the McD’s across the street and some people had flooded into Wendy’s causing some minor pandemonium and a bit of delay. Still, the staff stayed courteous and did the best they could.

Food is fine, service is horrendous. This is potentially the slowest Wendy’s around. There is a McDonald’s right across from it and you can watch multiple cars go in line and through the Drive Through while you are the only person waiting at the window for your food. And it happens almost any time of day.
