Do not come here! This place is horrible. Apple Pay only works if a cashier is helping you. The cashier that was helping me was not really helpful. For example, when she took my order I asked for a drink with no ice. She said alright. I got my food and no drink. Apparently because she had to put it in it did not show up. They asked the one cashier that took my order and she made me the drink with ice after asking me again what I ordered. This is is poor customer service and would not recommend anyone come here. Also they had someone behind the counter not in uniform. They don’t care about anything or how they look. How is this acceptable?

Please do not give the location any of your hard earned money. Hands down the worst restaurant of this chain that I have visited. The service is awful and the food is over cooked, everything tasted like burnt old oil. The employees have no form of customer skills including the management team. I tried speaking with one and was told if I didn’t like the service that I can go else where. That’s it for me never again, I wont spend a dime on this food chain. Not only have prices doubled and are more expensive, on top the service is trash. The only one loosing is the consumer.

I usually use the online order system through the Wendy’s app, and this location always messes something up, or makes me pull into the front and sit there and wait for 10 minutes while they finish something or fix something they messed up. I don’t know. Know all I know is I always leave annoyed and then something is usually not right in my order. They’re really nice. They’re just chaos.

SLOW SLOW SLOW SLOW!!!! One day I went there and order through the drive-thru . After I paid for my order they asked me to pull up to sidw. After I pulled up I noticed they had somebody else parked and waiting for their order, then they had the car behind me pull up to wait for their order. How ridiculously is it to have 3 cars waiting on the side for their drive-thru orders AT THE SAME TIME???

If you are craving Wendy’s, I recommend going to a different location. This location is frequently out of things like frosty flavors or even coffee. Sometimes the wait times can be ridiculous, especially in the drive thru. I have also often received the wrong food and depending on who is working, the staff can have an attitude when I take it back to fix my order. I have watched staff members fight with and yell at each other multiple times. Usually the food is the quality you expect from a Wendy’s, but the last couple times we got nuggets, they were dry and shriveled as if they were old. The reason why I am not rating only one star is despite everything, this location is usually very clean, some of the staff are very nice, and the location is very convenient. Unless you live in the area, I would go to a different location.

The quality from this chain has really deteriorated, but this one particular store wins the prize. The “Staff” at this store are the most disrespectful employees that I have ever witnessed. The store manager has no professionalism and excepts no responsibility for anything wrong in the restaurant. This location should be closed. Waited in line for 25 to 30 ish minutes while all the cars behind us left. All we heard from the speaker were typing and texting noises sending and typing while they were refusing to serve us. We left and we complained at the second window and they told us “they’re backed up” and once we told them we heard the texting sounds they shut the window on us. We arrived at 6:50 pm and left on 7:19 pm. Terrible service. 5/6/23
