One of the menu screens was not working. I ordered a sour cream and chives baked potato and an order of chili. The chili was luke warm. The potato came with no sour cream or butter. They gave me no utensils. I had to keep asking for basic items. The restaurant was too warm. Wendy’s is not what it used to be.

Well this place needs help. Crappie service inside, drive through doesn’t matter. fries are always stale, bun is stale. Every time I eat from there I sometimes don’t want pickles or onions but always get either or just terrible needs better help.

I prefer this Wendy’s over the one closer to me (Woodbury). The service is always good and my order is never messed up. The day we went it was only 2 people working and even though you know she was stressed, the lady still had a smile on her face. I love the atmosphere of the inside of this Wendy’s but due to lack of employees, the inside is not always open.

Been waiting in the drive through line to pick up a DoorDash order. No help at the ordering screen for over 10 minutes, so we pulled around to the window and have been waiting behind 2 other cars for over 20 additional minutes. Absolutely ridiculous and a waste of money and time.

This has turned into one of the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Service has been consistently awful here ever since COVID, even as almost every other business has bounced back to some degree. Today I placed an order through the app and selected Carryout so I wouldn’t have to wait 20 minutes in the drive-thru, which is the norm here. When I arrived around 3:00 PM, the door was locked (even though the inside had just been open the day before. It’s 2023 – why are we still going drive-thru only?). I called and asked why I had to wait 20 minutes in the drive-thru while my food gets cold when the app said Carryout was available? The employee tried to claim my food wasn’t cold and hadn’t been made yet, which would be true if I had selected Drive-Thru as my pickup option. But I chose Carryout and had already gotten the notification that my points balance had been updated – which only happens after an order is complete. And sure enough, my burger was ice cold by the time I got it (of course it was also wrong, missing the customizations). This all could’ve been avoided if the app said Carryout wasn’t available, and in all fairness, maybe the restaurant can’t control that (though they definitely should be able to). Regardless, that doesn’t excuse the routinely long wait times – I was able to type all this up while sitting in the drive-thru. I’m sure some of the employees are trying their best, but until this location improves, I’m staying away.

Wendy’s has good fast food but the drive through experience at the Mantua location is always extremely poor. The wait times in the drive through are always unreasonably long – even if there are only a couple cars in line. Today I waited for >10 min before I got to the window and there was only 5 cars in front of me. The car directly in front of me left the line in frustration. Note: this is a regular occurrence every time we visit.

Worst Wendy’s in Gloucester county. Nothing fast about the service at this fast food restaurant. Management doesnt seem to care, as they have done nothing to improve their service in the last couple years. Last week it was no ice, or cup holders. This week it was no cheese. Seriously? After waiting in line for 30 minutes only to be told there is no cheese at a cheeseburger franchise? I hope this store closes and gets new owners soon. Zero stars.
