I received an employee’s glove in my sandwich wrapping. This is highly disgusting and what makes it worse is this store in particular REFUSES to answer their phone. How do you not notice your entire glove is missing and then proceed to ignore the several calls to the store. It’s literally always something with this place; from the employees dropping sauces on the floor and then putting them back in the bag, on top of the fries to now this. My last time ever ordering from this Wendy’s.

Courteous service and the food (Ordered the Crispy Chicken Wrap) was Great; Perfectly prepared! Soda machine was out of Diet Coke. Explained this to Mony (Customer Service Specialist), who was quick to provide me with a Diet Coke from behind the Counter. He was extremely Polite and (as mentioned) Courteous throughout the entire ordering process. Will definitely be coming back!!

i wish I could give 0 stars. Waited in line for 45 minutes to order just for them to be unable to find my mobile order. Have had similar issues before with Doordash, they have the order but I guess no one knows how to look for it. Instead they just gave me attitude and said I was at the wrong location despite showing them the correct address. Insist that they are extremely busy when their dining room is closed and they only have 1-2 cars max that have actually ordered (the guy in front of me waited 15 minutes for someone to take his with no one at the window in front of him). The employees just play around instead of actually doing their job. After an hour of waiting I ended up with no food due to their incompetence.

The night shift young staff crew are ignorant, can’t count nuggets to save their lives and some of the most unprofessional group of people I’ve seen in a while. I understand you’re having fun at work with your friends by making money. But come on. 10 piece nuggets means 10 not 7. You think this only happened once? Nawww I don’t think I’ve ever had my order right when going there. Sad. I pray they take work more seriously, especially if this is a stepping stone. Do better Wendy’s. Do better.

Seems as though they want to close the window at 10pm when they should be open til twelve. Shutting done the lights and saying they are closed has now happen twice in the last week. We were at least ordering twice a week from there I guess my money will do better elsewhere and I will also be contacting corporate. This happen on 5/24/2023 and also 1 night last week.

Unfortunately drive thru had a line. While line did move it took a few minutes once we arrived to microphone to speak to someone who did not seem familiar with request for a loaded baked potato. Someone else came on repeated order and asked for specific toppings which we provided and arrived home with an order of cheese fries. Super disappointed

There was staff that friendly. Was doing a GrubHub order and I saw the worker prepare the food with no gloves on touching the nuggets from the tray. I pointed it out to other workers who were wearing gloves properly and switched them. His response to me as I stated again that he should be wearing gloves was my hands are clean. Because touching handles and fryer baskets and food are fine according to him. I won’t be ordering here ever again. The response should have been to put on gloves.

I stuck to the floor when I walked in. No ketchup in the pump and only 1 soda machine kind of working. But hey at least the guy in front of me got a twist tie on his cheeseburger!!! The guy taking the orders was awesome and I kind of felt bad for him. He did try everything in his power to make things right.
