Please excuse my drink I was gonna show the food…. If I hadn’t bodied it already. This Wendy is the best one in Troy without doubt and I been to several Wendy’s I come from queens ny and Wendy’s have always been apart of of my life since young but moving upstate and tasting the burgers (that Dave single with bacon .) at this location is a game changer if a try. There’s two ppl who make it with love that girl with the red hair I think her name Adriana she a manger I think. And Big homie with the fro on the grill idk what he does but man he made me two Dave singles with bacon today and ngl it changed my whole mood. I just got back from midterms at hvcc was in a bad mood and I decided let’s go get Wendy’s now my belly full and I’m ready to nap… shout out to the Wendy crew they don’t get much credit that’s why I give them they flowers. Be nice to the ppl who make your food everyone. It’s a blessing

Man I really hate giving a bad review on places, but this was not a pleasant visit. They have signs everywhere stating they are under new management which I’m not sure is such a good thing. The restaurant smelled like old mop water. My order was completely wrong. The ketchup dispenser in the lobby looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or changed in months. Cashier had 0 clue of menu items I think he was new. Overall it was not a good experience.

Went here on 7/30/2023, lady on speaker extremely rude. Tried to order a blt crispy chicken, she was asking what sauce, she continued to be rude when I asked what do you mean, it comes with Mayo. I was then asked what to drink, I replied coke. This store had no soda available???? So I then asked for the Strawberry drink which was also unavailable, so I canceled my order and went to East Greenbush where our food was available and completely delicious.

Called and informed this location I was missing a fry and worse found a piece of red hair inside my buger. Sick! So lucky I noticed it hanging out. I call to inform them and miss Adrianna “the manager” said well I have red hair and I was no where near your burger. No apologies all attitude.

Usually it’s a good place, not sure what was going on but it was horrible. Water everywhere on the floor due to the broken ice machine(I mean huge puddle), BUT no running water in the ladies room sink to wash your hands. Toilet loaded with feces, no toilet paper. food was warm, took a long time to get, BUT the girl there was doing her best between running register and going to cook.

Clear instructions. Double cheeseburger with bacon, got no bacon. Single cheeseburger with tomato and lettuce, got no tomato and lettuce. Spicy chicken sandwich, did not receive spicy chicken sandwich. Ordered online to pick up at store, followed up with customer care online and when you put in store number, online says no store number exists. No other way to contact anyone. I don’t usually complain but you should get what you pay for. Instructions very easy, did not even ask for condiments.

Food was good, but drive thru was super slow. My taco salad tasted fresh, but we sat in the drive thru for over 15 minutes. I would avoid this location if you have limited time.

I hate loathe and despise this location. EVERY TIME I come here it is a 30 minute+ wait. Doesn’t matter the time of the day, doesn’t matter what you’re ordering. EVERY SINGLE TIME. I wait weeks sometimes month’s in between ordering hoping there will be a change when I come back. And it just never gets better. It’s been like this for the past 2 years, this is the only Wendy’s near our house, I try to come here for convenience but it’s a nightmare, why do I have to drive to East greenbush to get good service? I know this complaint isn’t even going to matter to the owners cause how could it? You own a store that is literally losing money (how can it not be?) That clearly doesn’t follow your core values and nothing changes.

Waited 10+ minutes for the 4 employees to prepare 1 order at a time before i could order, then waited another 10+ minutes to receive my food. Coke Freestyle machines were almost all empty as usual, so couldn’t get the mix I wanted. No receipt so i could do the survey, and the Wendys APP is broke. This used to be a great store, has gone to one of the worst.
