I decided do this review because I have gone to this Wendy’s 3 times recently, and have had (mostly good) experiences. Some of these visits were deliveries and some were drive thru. The food is good, nothing more. It’s pretty much what you would expect from a fast food restaurant. Although it could’ve been “fresher” the food I received was pretty good. I ate it and enjoyed it so that’s the reason I am giving 4 stars, and because of the consistency. All of my visits the food was the same and I didn’t have any major problems. The only things I would recommend improving is the freshness of the food…are we pre making items that sit for extended periods of time? Or are we making it fresh order by order. The store seems clean, I would consider coaching the staff on the company’s standards. I will return to this location, and I would recommend it to others. My orders have been the crispy chick blt, the jr cheeseburger, nuggets and fries.

I ordered the 5.00 biggie bag on my way to work! Got the double stack and was asked to pull forward while they wait for fresh fires! The order finally came and the fires were hot but not cooked all the way and my double stack had no ketchup no pickles no onions it was just a plain burger with cheese! I wish I took a picture before I added my own condiments at work and ate it and threw the French fries in air fryer! I got it was 5.00 but still make it right!

Customer service poor. No management, understaffed, and staff posing as manager. Tried ordering breakfast, waited outside at the drive thru to order at intercom for approx. 20 min, knocked on drive through window, and went inside to ask to speak to a manager. Female(s) were present would not give full names or info to make a complaint. I was told to find it online and they walked away. No name tags, appropriate uniform, and highly unprofessional. Claimed the store would open at 8am. I asked why wasn’t a sign put on the door since it is posted as being open at 7am or why didn’t anyone announce it on the drive-thru intercom. Employees were rude and did not attempt to rectify the situation. Very disappointing and I’m obviously dissatisfied. Also,made a complaint online. We will see if there’s any resolution. Time is money and my time is valuable. Hopefully, Wendy’s Mgmnt will address my complaint.

Ordered literally only a medium fry and they were so dry and rigid that they’d snap like toothpicks. Went inside to nicely ask for a replacement and they insulted me to my face :). The Wendy’s quality we know and love.

Super rude costumer service from the minute the guy started taking my order. He slammed the drive through window after calling me stupid ( ) for asking if they have orange soda after he told me they don’t have orange HiC. He refused to get the manager and told me if I have a “personal problem” I need to come inside … even with no cars behind me. Of course I went in and told the manager!

Ordered on Wendy’s app for carry out, get to the door, door says they are open for carryout, but employee tells me they are not. Now they will not issue me a refund for food I was never given because they don’t feel like accepting carry orders even though the app says they can. Essentially they screwed me out of my money and my lunch break. The food i have gotten at other times is barely the Wendy’s quality I have come to love. Never going back.

Placed an order around 1130pm. Wendy’s accepted the order and then closed. The door dasher was at Wendy’s within 5 minutes of the order and had to message me saying they were closed for the night. It inconvenienced multiple dasher and now I have to wait 2-3 business days for a refund. The store should have been opened until their schedule close time or the order should not have been accepted.
