The staff may infact be ghetto, and engage customers with a “what do you want” attitude, and be less professional than what you would expect from a fast-food establishment, h owever the food is great. Abit pricy but they have cheaper options too which is always a plus. Overall I would recommend the food for it’s quality, as Wendys does provide a great product, however the workers can be trained better to service customers.

Stay away. The employee didn’t like to do his job. I ordered online to be efficient and it makes you wait in the counter long enough that customers behind me start to complain. They sealed my bag and I grab it and observe that it’s very light. I opened it up and missing 2 burgers and the barbecue sauce. The guy knew it was missing from his facial expressions but he give it incomplete anyway. I just did the order 20 minutes away.

I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, exactly what it showed on their drive through menu and got a wrap! So I said that is not what I ordered with a nasty attitude he said that is what they have now! Well then change your sign. Won’t be going to any Wendy’s. Should be better service and food for the price!!

This place was fantastic when it opened. Clean and well stocked dining room, efficient,polite, and properly trained employees and order(s) made as requested. The manager,at the time, was also great. Last night, I stopped in for the 1st time in months, and WOW! What the heck happened?! We were not greeted by the new, poorly trained,confused manager, nor the seemingly untrained cashier. Filthy dining room and restroom,flies and knats everywhere, counter top soiled and in need of a good scrubbing, no lids, straws,napkins, utensils on the counter, soda machine not working properly- with most items out of stock, orders no longer placed in individual bags, items missing, wrong items received. The most frustrating part was not getting a receipt. When I asked for one, the employee said they were out of register tape, “sorry”….sorry?! What kind of backward, barn yard restaurant is this? Why is this place even open? Wendy’s should be ashamed! Will not be returning nor recommending

Even for fast food standards, the customer service is horrendous. Last time I went it took the employee at the register several seconds to stop staring off into space after I stepped up to the counter, and even then he just gave me this look like “what do you want?” Instead of an actual greeting. The cooks in the back move in slow motion. Soda machine was broke, my father had asked for no mayo on his baconator, they dropped the ball there too. The only person that seemed with it at all was a middle-aged man who seemed to be a manager.

It seemed like a newly built Wendy’s. It was very clean, but was out of all the things like straws, and napkins. The crew was working slow but they all seemed new to their jobs. I think the service will improve as they get used to their jobs. The food was freaking awesome, literally the best hamburger I’ve ever gotten from a Wendy’s.

They do not charge the prices listed on the menu board. Also, if you do not state you are purchasing the advertised 2 for $6 deal for example, they charge more and claim that they can because you didn’t specifically ask for the advertised deal that was on the menu board. It’s false advertising. Also, one time my husband ordered a small fry and was charged a different price and the staff said it must have been listed incorrectly. When contacted by the manager they wanted him to tell them what price was wrong. It should be your job to make sure the menu board is accurate, not the customer’s. Don’t call a customer and ask them to do your job. Go out and look for yourself and fix it. No apologies in either instance. Terrible Wendy’s.

If you know me, you know that I am not nitpicky, in the least… This place needs to be called out.. Fries were old, soggy, and cold, chicken nuggets were old, soggy, and cold (weird flavor too…), and the burger.. hard bun, cold meat and falling apart, and the cheese was not melted. My boyfriend is a semi-truck driver, we only have so much time to stop, and so when we leave, we can’t just turn around to get new food.. Hungry and very disappointed..

I’m not sure who’s running this location but the owner of the franchise location really needs to do something about it. It’s terribly managed and the staff is poorly trained or motivated… probably both. You’re guaranteed to get stale food, an incorrect order and they never seem to have several of the menu items in stock. This time they were out of spicy nuggets and baked potatoes(they’re always out of baked potatoes, they have not once had them for us since they’ve been open). Normally I wouldn’t care so much but my wife is pregnant and was really looking forward to her nuggets and baked potato. If the franchise owner is running it like this on purpose then the corporate office should really look into the owner. All of the reviews are 100% correct. It’s been terrible here for a long time. Managment and above should be ashamed of this place. Go somewhere else. I’ll try this location out again eventually and the first time they do a good job ill take this review down… I’m not holding my breath.

Stay far away from this Wendy’s. The menu prices don’t correspond to the prices charged. When I brought this to the attention of the store associate she indicated that “corporate ” changed the prices but did not update the menu board. This is absolutely false advertising. The store associate was very nice about it and apologized and refunded me the cost of an item which fullyed covered the difference but basically indicated it was out of her hands and that many are complaining. My pictures show a copy of my receipt and the menu so you can see the issue. The associate gave the numbers of her general manager and Wendy’s corporate. The phone number for the general manager went right to a message stating that it was not accepting messages.
