Worst Wendy’s in the area, food is seldom fresh or hot. Fries cold, and burgers were burnt to a crunch. I mean, crispy crunchy. The workers seem friendly but oblivious to quality. I’m done with this location, I’ll drive to Wendy’s kirkwood before I use this location again.

Our family placed a mobile order around 2 pm this past Saturday and I felt like the customer service could have been handled better. We were never properly greeted when we were asked for our order, the employee simply said “What can I get you?” when we pulled up to the speaker. They never stated that we were at Wendy’s or had any suggested menu items that I typically expect to hear in a more pleasant tone and greeting.

Tried to pick up a large delivery order. 30 minutes old and they hadn’t even started it. I was told delivery orders must be checked in and I would have to wait in line to check it in. I asked what’s the purpose of ordering ahead of they ignore the orders until I arrive? She made a snotty comment and continued to wait on customers and ignored me. When I informed the customer there would be a delay as they had not even started the order they cancelled and ordered $166 from Denny’s across the street, and I got an even bigger tip. I requested the district managers name and number and she wrote a name on a receipt and refused to give me the phone number. This ain’t over toots.

Can I give 0 stars? The fries tasted like they had been out all day. The bun was rock solid, burger may have been reheated 20 times because it was so dry you could barely bite into it. Last night spent almost 20$ for no reason.

Employee refused to work on a 29 minute old mobile order and when i asked about it I was told I was required to stand in line and check it in before they would start the order. It appears the concept of ordering ahead is lost on them.
