Very clean resteraunt with excellent staff. My order was quick, correct, and warm. The staff were polite and professional. The dining area was clean, and the areas were stocked with everything you needed. The food was very tasty, with the chili being cooked perfectly, my burger was not messy. The only bad thing would be the bacon was old on my burger and on my fries. Everything else was great.

This location was absolutely outstanding in helping with a mobile mess up! I’m constantly between Dubois and Punxsy. Usually my app automatically picks up the right restaurant based on my location but for some reason this Sunday, it didn”t switch from Punxsy to Dubois. Maybe bc I was just there Sat night? Anyway, I called Punxsy to explain and ask if they could keep our food in the warmer till we got there. They did better! They refrigerated our drinks and remade the sandwiches and nuggets! I was so grateful! Whoever was working August 6th 2023 during the dinner rush THANK YOU!

While I was in drive thru, they were rushing me, talking so fast to where I couldn’t make special requests like extra ranch and lite ice in my drinks. Next, when they gave my food, they forgot my condiments. The most important part to a meal. Had to eat my fries and nuggets dry.

I didn’t have any issues at the drive-thru window as far as time, but I ordered a large chili with extra crackers and she asked me if I wanted hot sauce or cheese and I said no just extra crackers. I can guarantee you that the chili had hot sauce… my nose is still running but it was all I had ordered and I had no way to go back because I had to go to work. The fact that it had cheese wasn’t so bad but I really don’t prefer that. I don’t normally have issues there but this was really disappointing.
