This place is absolutely disgusting. From the start the employees were very rude and impatient. I asked for shredded cheese after paying; not realizing it costed extra and an employee snapped at me saying I’d have to pay. We then tried looking for a clean table to sit at and couldn’t find any, was told to clean one ourselves with “water and napkins”. Around the ketchup dispenser there was a literal colony of gnats hovering above it and in it. Following that one of the grill/fry cooks walked into the bathroom wearing his apron and gloves, was in there for a decent amount of time before leaving the bathroom in his apron and gloves heading straight back to the grill. Mind you they weren’t busy, there wasn’t a rush and literally no customers inside. On top of all that, I got chili and got a whole hamburger patty in it.. The manager we addressed it to didn’t finish listening to my fiancé about the situation before she walked away ignoring the rest of his complaint. This place is very unprofessional and dirty. Better off eating garbage out of a ditch!

We ordered 2 baconators this morning and received burnt pattys. My fiancé was in a very happy mood for her breakfast till she saw this. I called to give them a chance to make it right, asked them if there was a new cook. They replied no nothing has changed but thank you for letting us know we’ll look into it. There was not a single sorry or how can we can make this right. Horrible won’t order there again.

The store is very clean but when you first walk in, there is an odoriferous smell. There were nats flying around the condiments, which is a big turn-off. I addressed these concerns with the manager and he was so understanding. He took time to explain to me what was going on. He was very cordial and had a great disposition. Wendy’s has a great menu. I love their seasoned potatoes. They’re second to none. They also have the best chilli in the world. What makes me appreciate Wendy’s are their prices that are very stable, especially after three years of COVID. I know that because of COVID, many businesses took a hard hit and inevitably, had to go up on prices, but Wendy’s did not go crazy like McDonald’s. What I paid this morning for breakfast was, $6.09: small coffee, seasoned potatoes and a sausage egg and cheese croissant. Should I have purchased the same meal at McDonalds, it would have cost me, $10.00. Thank you Wendy’s for thinking about your customer base. One other point that I’d like to make: one of the employees came in wearing a, “White Beater.” He looked grundy and dirty. He had just put out a cigarette. Young people, when you work for any business, you need to be at the top of your game.

Wendy’s is my favorite fast burger place. The biggie bag is the “go to” for myself and my children. I have always loved the chili and baked potatoes as well. The homestyle chicken with the pub style pretzel bun is one of my absolute favorites.

Absolutely trash service. Some of the dumbest, non-caring workers you will ever meet. Will live their whole worthless lives working fastfood for $11 an hour because they can’t be bothered to even make the simplest order correctly. One word to describe this establishment. Pathetic.

The chili is always perfect. I love their strawberry lemonade. This is one of my lunch favorites. The only complaint about this restaurant has nothing to do with the restaurant. It Hass to do with the amount of people that lineup during lunchtime. The food is always perfect and they are very friendly which makes this a top choice for lunch I recommend they’re chilly and baked potato for lunch and don’t forget the strawberry lemonade!

I went in and ordered the meal deal for $5 they accidentally gave me the wrong sandwich gave they were very nice and switched it out they could not have been nicer and it was a great price for this deal the only thing I didn’t like is that there were a ton of gnats over by the plasticware and catch up to the point where you could not go over there to get ketchup for your fries actually you couldn’t go over there at all but overall Wendy’s was very great and they are very nice please take care of those gnats flying around the service is great
