stood there for 30+ minutes just for them to not even make my food. name was on the screen but was just ignored and cashier tried to convince me that i didnt even send the order through when i did. said my order was finally coming up but it was convientently just another dude with my name. when i went up to the counter for a refund i was ignored. never got my food or my money. management needs to learn how to properly staff their establishment so it isn’t just two people working a friday afternoon lunch rush by themselves.

This is the dirtiest Wendy’s I’ve ever been in. Wendy’s is my “go to” restaurant when traveling because they are consistently good. The ladies bathroom was dirty, the soda station looked as if never gets cleaned from drinks splattering. Getting your drink was very unappetizing.

Worst wendy’s ever, stopped in on our way out of town, ordered on the food screen when we walked in and waited 45 minutes for two jr. bacons and a meal. Watched them give a guy his order and he came in after us. Only two people working and taking their time, doing nothing. Burger King was so much better there….

This Wendy’s is a little weird compared to other Wendy’s because 1 it doesn’t have a drive through window and 2 they have these self serving machines to order kind of like sheets but you can just walk pass those and order the old fashioned way too,but at least the food was good I love the 5 dollar biggie bag meal compared to burger king Whopper meal which is 11 dollars now and the guys that take your orders are great, very good customer service the last 2 times I’ve been there

917pm ish. Large fry was filled half way, small fry given instead of a medium. Cold fries as well. Ordered a baconator and got a Dave single. They turned off mobile ordering so we couldn’t do that to skip the line. Honestly the worst Wendy’s I have visit of about 14 to 16 states.

Our Large fries were all filled halfway, as was my Large chili. Plus, the chicken nuggets were old, dry and cold, as were our burger and chicken sandwiches!! Also, they did not even have the beverages that we wanted. First time ordering from this new location and the last!!! We live under 2 miles away and the food was still ice cold!! Hello, anywhere else!!!!!!!!!

Only one employee working the front, she was working her butt off trying to keep things moving. Sandwich was good but fries sat too long and were cool and limp, we didn’t complain because as i said the young woman up front was doing the best she could. Seating area was clean and in order but lacked atmosphere. Also most fountain drinks were unavailable, one machine only had juices left in it.

The past two times we have been to this Wendy’s they have gotten our order wrong and when asked for new items (honey mustard on sandwich when asked for without) or the items that were missing they rolled their eyes and gave attitude. Honestly the service would have been 2 stars but a nice young man came up to our table and asked if we needed anything. When the store first opened they were amazing but lately service has been lacking.
