While the food was delicious and some of the staff was very kind some was not. I sat at the drive through order spot for 5 minutes before being helped and then come to find out its because the guy helping drive through stepped out for a smoke break cause I watched him doing it while I waited and watched him return in while another employee came out to get more food from storage and asked if we were being helped… upon replying no weren’t she went back in side and the guy who’d been back inside now since this girl came out finally asked to take my order… sooo customer service is very lacking.

Everytime I think about getting Wendy’s I remember that the line looks like this everytime. Definitely the slowest “fast” food restaurant I’ve ever been to. I don’t know if it’s lack of staff but this shouldn’t be this backed up EVERY time that I spend most of my lunch break waiting in line. Do better

The girl on the intercom had an attitude over the way I placed my order and corrected me. The guy at the window had zero manners or professionalism. Just handed me the bag and drinks. Then one thing that really concerns me is they didn’t run my card at the window. My card disappeared off into the back and it was brought back to the window. I didn’t receive a receipt either. Very concerning.

It took 15 minutes to get my food and there was no one there when i stepped up to the counter. Oh, i forgot to say i had to wait for someone to even wait on me. I looked behind the counter by the cooking area and there were fries laying all over the floor. When i did get my food, i went to sit down and there was food all over the dining area floor.

Stopped by a half hour before close at 12:30 AM, and they told me through the speaker that they were only going to be taking DoorDash orders for the rest of the night. After asking if they close at 1 AM, they seemed to fumble around their words and not Really give a straight answer. Shows that they were just trying to do nothing at the end of the night. I understand being tired, but it’s the hours say open, people are going to be leaving their houses to go there and be disappointed. They knew how late Wendy’s was open until when they applied for the job.

Waited 20 minutes in drive through with two cars ahead of us when we got to the window we expected our food to be out right away for 5 minutes no one came to the window the woman who was serving the window was on her phone we left! Went to McDonald’s with 5 cars ahead of us and left in 5 min! Terrible service we will not be back to this Wendy’s ever again!

I usually LOVE Wendy’s but NOT today! I stopped in for a single cheeseburger & FRIES to go and after waiting 25 mins, the ‘cook’ was just putting the burger on the grill! WTH! Needless to say, I gave up & left. No time to deal with getting my $$ back. I worked in food service most of my career and I’m not sure I’d want to eat anything from this location. The women had huge hair & no nets or hats! Ewwwww! No gloves were being worn either. The people working there didn’t seem to be even be trained. It was a very disappointing experience. I won’t ever return to this location.

Threatened with physical violence for requesting a refund after me and 7 other customers waited over 35 minut s for our food. Not only will I not be back to this Wendy’s, but there is a likely chance they will hear from my attorney. Absolutely unacceptable behavior to a customer, and I had my 6 year old daughter with me when this occured.

Walked in excited to eat because I do enjoy Wendy’s normally. It was my first time at this location and when I ordered I was met by horrible manners and workers. The person who took my order didn’t even say a word while I ordered. When I got my food after 15 minutes it was not what I ordered and had curly hair in it. I went back to return the food and ask for a new one and the worker told me to eat it anyway and he didn’t care. Over all a horrible experience and won’t be returning.
