Absolutely disgusting. I was the only person inside waiting for a basic order of a burger and fries, and it took almost 20 minutes to get it. Drive through had maybe 2 waiting as I went in. Dining room completely filthy, as shown in my pictures. Sticky substance all over soda machine. Trash was over flowing and had dried garbage on it. Condiment bar was sticky and had gunk on it. A previous guest had dumped fries and ketchup on the floor, and it was there so long that the ketchup was dried up partially. This place appears to be run by children with zero guidance that don’t care. Couldn’t stomach the food which was also sub par due to the conditions. If it’s that bad in the public area, imagine what the food prep and walk in areas look like. I didn’t finish my food, threw it out, and left. Attempted to contact Wendy’s directly, and got nothing but a generic email response.

The person taking the order was in the back talking to other employees, and after some time, she arrived to the front. Behind the counter and the fry area was very messy borderline gross. If I saw this before I ordered, I wouldn’t have. There was caked in grease on the fryer and the floor had trash and food all over it. There were 5 employees working and one was making the food and the other 4 were just socializing while other new customers waited. The food did not at all taste fresh and was unappealing. Won’t return to this location. Their is also an issue when going here.

This Wendy’s is by far the most disgusting when these I’ve ever been to. It’s nothing but a bunch of teenagers who have no guidance by any adult. If you sit long enough you can watch them go out to their cars and smoke and get high. They have no sense of urgency and getting orders out fast or correct. They skimp on the most basic ingredients like stems of lettuce instead of a leaf. They show absolutely no kind of care to any bit of food they sell. I will absolutely never go back to this Wendy’s ever again. Whoever’s the general manager of this place should be ashamed.

Ordered 3 (4 for 4s) and a number 1 double. Fries and chicken nuggets were lukewarm. They didn’t add the medium fries for the number 1. My Parmesan chicken salad had rotten lettuce and the chicken was over done. Better off going to Sheetz.

Stopped in to grab a sandwich on the way to Baltimore. Got the order to go. Wasn’t till I was on US 30 west that I realized that I was given the wrong order. The young lady at the counter seemed confused. I was very disappointed when I opened the sandwich and found a square piece of meat with cheese on it when I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich.

Wish I could give a zero.This place is absolutely terrible. Dirty tables, greesy floors, bad service. Nasty food. Manager was talking to employees while my family and I waited for service even though we were the only people inside. No bake potatoes which seems to be the norm at most Wendy’s. Will never go back.

This could be the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. All the workers stand around and do absolutely nothing. To the owner of this Wendy’s, I’d fire all the current employees and hire new staff. The only thing I ordered was a kids cheeseburger and I waited for 20 minutes for them to finish my order. The place wasn’t even busy. Absolutely terrible service, and would never recommend this Wendy’s to anyone
