Avoid this place like the plague. When this place first opened everything was great. Food was good and on point and the staff was friendly. Recently it’s the complete opposite. The dining area is never open. They are constantly running out of things which tells me that the manager isn’t doing what needs to be done.

Recently went here during the “less busy then usual” time. 3 cars were parked to the side waiting for food. I specifically asked for no tomato on my food (food allergy). Not a single employee had a name tag on that had their name. Girl at the window was rude. Handed me 5 cups with NO CARRIER and rolled her eyes at me when I asked for one. No receipt was given to me at all, nothing on the bag listing what my order was either. Took a bite of my chicken sandwich and got a full mouthful of tomato. My mouth started to swell on the inside instantly. Thanks for giving me an allergic reaction along with all the MELTED frosties you sold me. Do not get food here, especially if you have a food allergy.

I’ve gotten food from here a few times in the past and every time I’ve regretted it afterwards. From employees who sounded like they were high giggling and saying that they were open and could take orders only to say everything was unavailable, to being given dirty looks when asking for something politely, to cold food. Ordering for delivery doesn’t do you any better. I had gotten one of the special types of sandwiches, only for it to be delivered lacking the sauce, tomato, lettuce and cheese that made it a special limited time menu option. Just bun with the cold patty sitting on it. Skip this Wendy’s and go to the McDonald’s that’s across the street. Friendlier staff there, the orders are always perfect, and they are faster getting food out.

I will never go to this location again. I used to co-manage three separate Wendy’s stores, I am shocked how this specific location still operates. No manager on site, it took about 20 minutes for my order to properly be taken inside because the employee was unable to perform a manager override on the computer when the order was incorrectly taken. They almost overcharged me as well for food I did not order. An employee had to wait for the manager to answer their phone to do this. I only gave two stars because while my food was underwhelming due to a cold bun, my wife’s order was good enough for her. Also, the floor was terribly slippery with no wet floor sign by the doors. My wife and I watched and elderly woman slip and fall on the floor because of this. These things would never have happened in the three stores I once managed, I will never step into this establishment ever again.

Standing in line while writing this review. Needless to say no one is line. Manager told the clerk to stop taking my order and get ice. While halting my order I watched the manager just stand here and bark orders. Very unprofessional. Clerk very apologetic but the manager threw the while atmosphere.

Wendy’s is hit or miss nowadays. Some of the staples are still good, but the quality is all over the place. Wendy’s used to be my favorite, but now I hardly go there anymore. I’d rather drive a little further to go elsewhere. They lost me when they changed things around years ago.

I am not a very big fan of Wendy’s customer service. However, I was at this Wendy’s, and the customer service was absolutely fantastic. I was here on Saturday, February 4th. Put my order in around 12:50 PM. The lady who took my orders name was Maria. She greeted me with a smile, and a, “Hi how are you today”. Doesn’t sound like much but it goes a long way. She had my order out in about 2 minutes tops. All with a smile. She should be promoted to regional trainer. Nice job Maria, A+.

As a trucker, I rarely get hot food, so when I had the chance I jumped at it. I made a mobile order to be ready for 9:55 p.m. The app and Google say they are open until 11 p.m. in the dining room and 1 a.m. in the Drive-Thru. The dining room was locked and the drive thru was not answering their speaker, even though there’s people inside. I googled their restaurant phone number and they that wasn’t answered either, just rang and rang… If they are going to offer mobile ordering they should at least have correct hours online and in the app. Very disappointed. $9+ down the drain (due to incorrect online info, I’m guessing?) no recourse for a refund and I’m still hangry and have to figure out dinner…

Little girl behind counter was very quick and attentive but the place was lackluster. All employees were working, not as bad as I’ve seen elsewhere but only one was let’s say, like a Chick fil A employee. To me, that’s more about management.
