Absolutely horrible. Bad enough for me to leave a review which I don’t do. But for Wendy’s sake I will. Total side show in there. Grew up in West Chester so I stopped in. While I was in there 5 people walked out, one got in a fight with the person at the counter and he was totally in the right I might add. His order said ready on the screen so he walked up to get it and the lady started chewing him out. Pissed him off justifiably after he was patiently waiting for 15 minutes. Then manager kicked him out and threatened to call police. That’s laughable as his staff started it. Other Lady at counter was frustrated and yelling at people and I then watched them walk out. They threw this poor kid at the register who told me it was his first hour in there. Left him alone to fend for himself on the register which he was trying to do, right on little brother!! In fact give him a raise as he was the only one I saw who gave a dam and was cool. He was trying to put out all the other fires in there. Dropped him in the fire and he was dealing with it. While waiting a half hour for food two people who came in after me got theirs while me and three others were looking at each other wondering if our order or ticket got lost. No napkins anywhere in store and to make matters worse food was cold. Don’t really care too much as I’m not a complainer and all the chaos was entertaining. But, if Wendy’s doesn’t want to become a ghost town they had better do something and quick. All this happened in 30 minutes to get a ham burger and fries. Been going to Wendy’s for decades here and there and alot of them are becoming just like this one. Dam shame cause Wendy’s always had some good stuff.

The employees at this Wendy’s are incredible! Their customer service is better than anywhere I have experienced in the last 2 years. They are friendly, detail oriented, and even though they have a lot of customers treat you like you are their only one. The manager was also exceptional and you could tell that he is a great manager and treats his team with respect. We visited at lunch time on 8/20/23.

Placed an order in the drive thru for 2 burgers with nothing on them, as well as a #1 single. I parked to allow the food to be passed out and the two burger order had cheese. I went inside to get the right burger and the one making the orders argued that cheese comes on burgers and I should have asked for no cheese… guess there isn’t a difference between a plain burger and a plain cheese burger. Once I got in the car and got home- I looked for my #1 single burger… and it wasn’t in the bag.

Best Wendy’s ever. As a large family, most fast food places can’t make our order very quickly. That is never an issue at this Wendy’s. They are super fast, the food is fresh and we are never missing items. The staff is also very friendly which you can’t always count on in fast food.

The white manager always seems to have an attitude towards the delivery drivers, you cant even ask a question and he always seems to want to be right on everything, if he doesn’t like his job he should just quit, the black guy that seems to also be a manager also has some kind of issue with the delivery drivers if you guys don’t want to do delivery find a way to drop it. If your order from here be prepared to have missing items as well they always forget something on the orders.

FAST, HOT, AND DELICIOUS This Wendy’s is pretty busy at 1230am but it is worth it. EVERYTHING we ate was awesome! Fries were hot and perfectly salted. The nuggets were the best I’ve ever had from any Wendy’s in my 43 years. I don’t know what these guys are doing differently than every other location but keep doing it. Only negative is no sweetened iced tea. Unsweetened w/ up to 5 sugar packets is the only option to order thru the app. It was late last night so I just checked again today (245pm) and still none. Service was nothing special at the window and I don’t expect it for a busy drive thru after midnight.

Every time I go there anymore there is always something wrong with the order. Missing food, completely wrong order, rock hard nuggets, soda that’s got no syrup left in it. Just a terribly managed store anymore. A couple years ago this used to be the best Wendy’s around. Now I’d rather drive 30 minutes out of my way to go elsewhere.

My friends and I came around 1am last night, when we were approached by Michael to help with our orders. There was miscommunication between Michael and I about how my group was paying, and he became rude and started calling us names. When we proceeded to the window to pay, he called us “broke, dumb black bitches”. This isn’t the first bad review i’ve seen about the customer service at this location, but last night was my final straw. Michael had no right speaking to us like that, especially because we didn’t do or say anything out of line. The staff and management needs improvement, and I will be calling corporate and reporting this store personally. Good Friday!
