When there for lunch and the male cashier took my order, which I asked for $6 bag. Lettuce tomatoes. Cashier told the young lady she looked at me if she could kill me. She slapped the condiments on and looked at me again. When I got the bag of food I touched the sandwich NO heat coming from the wrapping. I asked cashier I’d he could heat the sandwich up. Cashier replied we don’t heat food, however they will make me another one. Okay, he tells the same young lady and boy smoke coming from her ears, cheeks turned red… I said get me your manager please! At this time the young lady tells another young lady in her native language to see what I want… The other young lady comes to the counter and ask me” What Do You Want? I stated to her what do you mean? Please can you get manager. OMG!!!! The Indian manager caught personal feelings, when I was simply explaining the situation and how it can be resolved. LONG STORY SHORT HE GAVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!! He wanted to get rid of the problem.

When I walked in there were 2 male employees cleaning the dining room and no one at the register. I stood there for about 1 minute. I called out “Hello”. The man mopping the floor (who I now know is the manager)said someone would be there in a moment. Then a young lady appeared behind the counter but didn’t come to take my order. She went further into the back. Then the man took the mop behind the counter and said someone is coming. He continued further into the back. I left at that point, I realized I was not a priority and decided to spend my hard earned dollars elsewhere. If you’re not ready at 7:35 am don’t open at 7am

Worst place to go to. I always would much rather get Wendy’s food than McDonald’s. And unfortunately, this is so close to home. They have the most rudest employees ever in the early and mid afternoon shifts. Especially the one with long dreads who is taking orders in the intercom and serving the food. Clearly, there have been many complaints about those employees, but management doesn’t care. They need new management and hire NEW employees who know what manners and education are. I get it, it’s stressful but you can always go if you don’t want to be there ‍♀️

On top of not getting parts orders I paid for regularly, the staff is rude and clearly they have bigger problems besides raw meat, missing toppings for standard burgers, being polite, and putting all the food in the bags. Did this place fall into new management? I don’t have the answer… but a lot of these 5 star reviews seems a little fishy, no?
