The worst service of all time. I went through the drive through this afternoon giving clear instructions on what my order will be. The clerk even repeated it back to me so when I pull up to the window, I should expect my order as exact right? No, pressing touch screen pictures is too much because after taking my 20 bucks, I receive $10 worth of food. Half my order ~ I ask for clarification and instead of getting an apology will fix it, I’m asked to pay even more than original and all my food came back half made. Paying this much I might as well go to a real restaurant and get the service that I need. Thanks for teaching me why I don’t need to go fast food 2019.

At 2:38pm we order food a Hispanic female named VERONICA WAS taking our order very rude first of all and second of all she speak Spanish didn’t want to speak or try to understand ! She was very nasty and she didn’t want to keep taking our order a guys very nice asked us for our order but still was wrong we had to come back and get everything right which I’m very sad because I been going to this Wendy since I came to Maryland ! Now everything has change and she is very rude ! I don’t recommend going to ASPEN HILL MD WENDYS !!!

Haven’t been for a while, but I got a hankering for the chili. Not crowded. Facility is showing its age, but the service was efficient and friendly. Chili, still good! Baked potato, very good. Taco salad is generous, though kind of in a kit form (lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese with container of chili and bag of chips, plus sour cream packets). Husband really liked it, though.

The manager was very rude and in a hurry but there was a gentleman in there I look very important with papers on his table laptop open discussing Wendy business assuming district manager area manager he never mentioned anything to his employee in front of me about her attitude the store needs to be updated very dingy since the manager’s attitude after I looked over the menu I just went to the bathroom and left

Went to Connecticut Ave Wendy’s and they forgot to put my 10 piece nugget in the bag. I asked the drive through cashier if everything was in the bag and he said yes yes it is! Got home had sauce but no nuggets. Tried to call no one picks up the phone. Food cost to much to make mistakes! Cashiers need good training in how to talk to customers and double checking orders.

I haven’t gotten here much, but it’s not fun going there. It’s in a shady feeling area that always creeps me out. And it is empty because of the big parking lot from the k mart. When I get inside, the food takes a while to get to me for just a tiny burger. I would recommend doing takeout because of the carpet floor under the seats. TLDR, good food. Get it on Uber eats or something.

A light skin guy who takes orders at the drive through is very mean, rough and unfriendly. I like the food but the service sucks. Everyone I’ve dealt with here is like that. If you don’t like your job get another!

I have a problem with this location normally when I go there but I have a son who likes very specific items so I continue to service it because we don’t have one closer. But yesterday the customer service took on another level. I was told the supervisor is Amy. So I would say to Amy talk to your patrons about customer service I don’t know where we’ve dropped the ball at but they really need to take a class or you all need to have a group discussion about how you treat your customers.
