Chicken nuggets that were jerky. If that’s your thing go when they’re not busy. That’s what I got. You’d think that would be the best time but apparently if they aren’t busy they just give you whatevers been sitting around for god knows how long. Moral of the story.. only get chicken nuggets if they’re busy.

The women in the intercom asked if so could wait a quick moment before taking my order. Seven minutes passed and no one was in the line, not one person. She never came back and took my order. I saw three to four cars that came up behind me at different times leave. If it was going to be longer than a couple minutes I would have appreciated the person telling the customers that. I had somewhere I had to be as well and wasted time in this line to not be able to get any food without any warning of the approximate time investment.

The staff were very nice. They locked the front doors early or the hall just isn’t open yet. But did a mobile order had to wait an extra couple of minutes. Unfortunately even though I was the only customer at the time. They did manage to get one sandwich wrong and the hot honey classic chicken didn’t taste right too me. I don’t go here often because of the hit and miss ratio.

Not the best service. Long wait times especially in the morning. I’m not blaming them I am sure they are short staffed. Perhaps they are overwhelmed. It still shouldn’t be taken out on customers. We came for a frosty and a gentleman was standing by the garbage cans and rolled his eyes and threw his hands in the air . I assume he was angry I came for a frosty? Silly me right? Then had an attitude over drive thru speaker. I don’t recommend it unless you’re desperate.

I ordered via drive through an the lady who was taking my order was very pushy an impatient, she rushed me when I wasn’t even done with my order. As I approached the window she was rude as can be. I ordered a large chicken sandwich an a large bourbon burger meal. The bourbon burger was made horribly didn’t have anything it said it would! An the 2 large fries that comes with it only had a small amount in each! I politely asked the lady at the window for straws an she had a whole b**** a** attitude about it! I’m sorry I will never be coming back to this location!!!!

Will not be returning to the Edgewater md. location, at 2:30 in the afternoon, no cars in the drive-thru & one car in the parking lot. I ordered a double cheeseburger & small fry, no drink because the soda machine was out of order. The new & improved frys were cold & limp. The burger was probably the worst fast burger I have ever had. Roll was stale, burger burnt, dry & crusty. The person who handed me the bag was wearing his pants so low his butt & underware were exposted. Not what I want see from those handling my food. I guess this is why there is no line at this location There really should be no stars, won’t post if none are checked

Bad customer service is one thing but with no service at all I wish there was a negative star rating. Went in the drive thru yesterday on a Saturday 7/2/22 at around 4:40pm with no cars at the window. There were 3 people in line to get their order took. I waited for 12mins the line never moved and the 2 cars in front of me eventually left so it was just the original car still waiting and me. I’m not even sure if they took their order or not or how much longer they waited after and before I got there. I ended up leaving after 15mins and as I drove by I saw 2 people that worked there just standing around. I’m not sure how this place stays open unless Wendy’s is actually banking money on something other than just selling food. It’s one thing to order something and have a mistake that can be resolved but not actually being serviced at all during open hours is just beyond terrible.

Just left. Ordered a hot honey chicken sandwich meal with a side of cheese sauce. My boyfriend got chicken nuggets. We had to wait quite a while. They gave me some plain chicken sandwich and no cheese cup. It would have been understandable if it were busy or right before close. But no one was there and it wasn’t.

They need to shut down. Not enough workers; can’t get food; nobody to take the order. This is during the middle of the day.. my first negative review.. I am writing in hope of somebody putting an action plan together to rectify this abysmal performance as a business. Tried again later (several weeks) with Uber Eats to have the order cancelled; once again due to nobody working. It’s a blight on this hard working community that a business like this falsely represents itself as a food service operation. Shut it down and regroup with a staff.. advertising that you will pay for a day screams desperation and sets the bar low..
