Ordered uber eats for my son who is Autistic . We just moved and it seems anytime with Wendys when ordering REGULAR CHICKEN NUGGETS ! THEY SEND SPICY NUGGETS ! STOMACH BURNING ! Fries are stale along with the chicken nuggets ! Can’t even get through to complain . It’s so annoying and frustrating ! It’s no way this happens by mistake every time or when ordering from a new Wendys .

Went for the grand opening. All of the people promoting the Wendy’s were friendly and having a great time. I was genuinely excited to try some of their new stuff. That excitement was quickly stomped out when I ordered. The staff was impolite at best, but I would have been happy with the experience if it wasn’t for the manager. She made very clear how it was MY fault for not letting her know I had a coupon in the drive through. She continued to complain to other staff IN FRONT OF ME that “people be doing the most”. On your promotional day?! Everyone has a coupon! That’s the whole reason they are there.

I placed an online order on my way in to work this morning, and pulled up to the drive-thru. There was an employee standing outside when I pulled up and they looked down the lane and saw myself and another customer waiting for our orders, I waited about almost 10 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me waiting I even called out to the order box hoping for an answer, got no answer. I parked my car and walked to the building and tried to walk in but all the doors were locked! So unfortunately I had to cancel my order because I was late for work and had to take my business elsewhere. I’ve never had much luck with this location between service and wait time and it’s honestly disappointing.

Service was great, made the drive 5 minutes to my house. The nuggets were so old, it was ridiculously. They should have been thrown away after that long a sitting time. This was a total turnaround from the last time where the food was fresh and the lady at drive thru had not sn ounce of customer service in her!

Ever since this place has opened back up it’s been terrible every time i ordered. I placed an order through the app and when I came to get my food in the drive thru they told me to come inside. Weird but whatever, I go in and they tell me they gave my food to someone else and that there’s nothing to do about it then proceeded to offer me a cookie instead of my food. I know how fast food works and if you give someone else your order you remake the food no if ands or buts. after making a big deal the manager Walker, yes the MOD was telling me i couldn’t get my food and proceeded to tell the employees they weren’t taking online order anymore. they need new management or train their employees and MANAGERS on how to speak to customers.

Never even got a chance to order or eat. Seems like every time I come here drive thru is the only option. I’m driving a tractor that won’t fit in the lane. I was here 8/26/23 and ordered queso fries for almost $5 and the fries were old and dry. Makes no sense. Also, I got there at 8:30p and the drive-thru message said that they were closed. I was about to pull off. I wish that I would’ve now. The food was terrible. They might have a new look but they got the same “old” customer service. UNBELIEVABLE! No answer when I called them on the telephone. Smh. DO BETTER WENDY’s!

I went into the location with my sister to get lunch. We had a big order with a lot of specifications. Ty, Monta, Alicia, and Dennis made sure that our order was correct as well as went above and beyond with their customer service! I’m not really a Wendy’s fan but because of their customer service I will definitely visit this location a little more often!

Visited when no one was in line, everyone but the lady taking orders was outside smoking. They made a few comments about my order that I could hear from the window, I told them to forget it and left without it. I don’t want to risk someone messing with my food because they don’t want to make it. I ended up at McDonald’s instead, and I won’t be visiting this Wendy’s again.

Tried to visit this Wendy’s 2 weeks ago. The cooks complained about making my burger without tomatoes so we canceled the order and left without any food. I still haven’t received a refund (it was a $40 order) after multiple phone calls and emails to corporate, who seem to be just as bad as the restaurants. You’re not going to have a good experience here, just go somewhere else.
