Service is horrible my brother didn’t want salt on the fries for our mother but she refused his refund and throw the food out and called the police she won’t tell us her name or give us corporate number very rude and nasty towards customers and employees how she talk to them like slaves she also threatened if they tell her name they’ll be written up… General Manager was called from home to come do the refund and she gave us the food as well… Courtney is a liar very miserable why is she a manager customer service is horrible very poor attitude…

The food was absoulutely delicious. Although the environment seemed to be calm I became very uncomfortable with how the managers treated their employees. The yelling and arguing is off-putting for the customers, disrespectful I might add. Its no respect within the work place I can see. Guys you have to do better please.

Food was good, drive through was slow. The shut down royal farms right next door gives this Wendy’s a really bad look. Lots of drunks & homeless hanging around that building. It’s gotten worse over the months, trash everywhere

This Wendys Is Ok The Service has always been ok. They are all polite and food is always done like I ask . Only issue is coming out of place after u pay and get your food we are leaving out there’s a lot of people lined up that when u pull out the have walked up close to look at me but I just smile and drive.

We had went there for breakfast, roughly about 8am. Had our breakfast in the dining room. It was pretty gross for only being open for an hour! Our food was served to us on a tray that was absolutely filthy! This photo was taken at the beginning of our meal. The soda machine looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in WEEKS! A rainbow of colored sticky droplets decorated the the inside of the soda machine. Half of the floor felt like they mopped it with grease. Both my husband and I went to sit down and our chairs slid several inches back the second we sat down because of how slippery the floor was. No it was not wet, the floor was coated in a thin layer of grease. But on other parts of the floor your shoes were physically sticking to the floor. Walking over to get napkins it almost sounded like I was walking on potato chips from how sticky the floor was. The dining room had been wiped down. The tables were all cleaned, but they were apparently using dirty water because it left it disgusting white foggy streaky residue behind on everything they had wiped down. I was a manager at a fast food place in my early adult years so I’m very familiar with how things are supposed to be done. The dining room overall was Modern and looks nice from a distance but it certainly wasn’t clean. Whoever closed the dining room the night before did a terrible job and whoever’s job it was to inspect it in the morning failed to do so. Beware of the rat traps by the main entrance. That should have been a deterrence enough for us not to go in. I understand that you need to be on top of pest control but you certainly shouldn’t leave those things by the front door for guests to see! We kept ours by the back door and by the dumpster out back. The staff was neither rude nor were they friendly. They were just there. Other than complaining to each other, there was no interaction with us at all except to wait on us. Our breakfast was hot and fresh but it was lacking flavor. Not what I expected from Wendy’s. I absolutely love their lunch/dinner menu. I won’t be returning for breakfast or returning to this particular establishment.

This is the most gross and an extremely dirty Wendy’s I have ever been. I am talking about the nasty sticky floor, uncleaned table and chairs. Half-cold fries. The manager wrapping people’s food without gloves (in this day and age of infectious diseases everywhere)

Missing part of our order. Asked twice for no cheese on burgers 2 of 3 had cheese. Baked potato was brownish from reheating it. Butter spread had no flavor. Had to go back to get order fixed.
