Counter area floor was very sticky. Rude cashier. She seemed to resent me because I interrupted her phone time. Another employee had to tell her to take my order. She was hiding behind a wall, playing or interacting with her phone. Slammed drink cup on counter. Did not give me a receipt. Food was pretty good. Hardly anyone inside. Not coming back here.

Where do I start? Let’s be fair, you come to Wendy’s for the convenience and value. I do prefer Wendy’s over the other FF joints but never again will I visit this location. First red flag, the ordering counter area was slick as if it hadn’t been mopped in weeks. Second red flag, no combination of chairs/tables were free of grease. I had to mix and match in order to find a reasonably clean set. No left over garbage, just very greasy. Final red flag, when I went to the men’s room to wash my hands before my meal, the faucet didn’t have a handle. That’s means the sink was inoperable so either the men working there went to the women’s room or simply didn’t was their hands after using the bathroom. Literally threw my food away and left. Should’ve reported to the health department, but since I made up my mind never to return to that location, I didn’t bother. I’m glad I didn’t get drive through so I could witness first hand everything. There are other Wendy locations, do not go to this one!!

The food was great, it was nice and cool inside, as it was a very HOT day in Virginia. But the tables were dirty, and the floors were sticky, and the person who took our order was not at all friendly. That is why I gave service, and atmosphere 2 stars.

I hate to post negatively, but sometimes you need to let people know what they are walking into. The associates were extremely rude and un professional. I guess that’s the normal for these days but I refuse to believe that managers are okay with how their employees are. I worked in fast food a few years ago, so I get that it’s frustrating. But she was extremely rude, then when we called to inform the manager, he didn’t care. Not once were we belligerent or loud, about how rude she was, but I just can’t stand the poor service skills. While trying to be waited on 2 different people came in because of a messed up order through drive through.

This location has really been going down hill and don’t understand why when its in a prime location. Employees want 15 an hour to show up but give out less than satisfying food. Cold food and burger had one pathetic ring of onion as if the Employe thought yes this is perfect but put 2 of the biggest pickle slices ive ever seen needless to say it was not satisfying so went to #burgerking across the street. Waited 15 minutes but at least it was hot…

This is a sad place. The staff is extremely friendly but frustrated by trying to keep up without enough employees to serve customers. Food is good and cheap But the eoda machine, chairs, were broken when I visited and depressingly old decor. Wendys are different ownership depending on your part of town. A sparkling new Wendy’s opens on Patterson in September.

This Wendy’s is one of only two locations that- to me – makes the best chili for fast food store. Though the chili was a little thick, the taste was still there. I love chili and crackers. Pretty healthy and easy and quick to eat. It warms the stomach and soul and I love Wendy’s for it. Their store is always clean and the employees professional. I’ll be back:-)

Just go to cookout if you want a burger in short pump. I don’t know how you have service this bad but I think they were trying at this point. Lady was super rude and doesn’t know how to properly take an order, food came out cold. I didn’t even know that was a thing that could happen.

Went inside, where the server was beyond rude. She complained to the supervisor to lock the doors so people couldn’t come inside, then proceeded to get his keys and lock the outer doors. She mumbled curse words the entire time we were there. We were not the only people waiting on food.
