Best fast food experience in quite some time! I placed an order first thing Sunday morning for an early lunch and I was pleased so much with the level of service that was provided. The drive thru attendant was so pleasant through the loudspeaker which you never get anymore when choosing a fast food option. When my food was ready, 2 associates came out to my car with my food because I ordered a lot of items and my dogs were being kind of obnoxious in the back seat and STILL these guys were so nice and eager to get me all my items! Love it! What a nice visit!

Whomever young lady is who worked the second drive through today on 8-18-23 approximately around 2:15 pm t needs extensive additional customer service training as her attitude was completely unprofessional, unprovoked and completely diminished any valuable experience that could have been gained from my dining experience today. I’ve called the restaurant and advised management. When you are nonverbal and serving food with a hostile attitude, you need to find employment elsewhere!

Absolutely horrible experience. My boyfriend came into the restaurant to order our food. He asked for my burger be on a lettuce wrap. The cashiers response “everything is soaked in gluten this is the worst place to eat if you’re gluten free”. Extremely unnerving to hear. Do we not care about cross contamination or cleanliness? He said it was fine and that I’ve ate there before with no problems. So they decide to still put a bun on my burger. When I realized the mistake I called and spoke to a manager who was very apologetic and helpful and offered a free meal whenever we return. She called back a few minutes later to say I was probably at a different Wendy’s and should call that one because it is intolerable what they did. So I called the correct Wendy’s and the manager I spoke to a manager was extremely rude, no help at all. And basically called my boyfriend a liar saying the employee never said that. And since he confirmed the order it was his fault. I have never in my life heard a managers respond this way to a complaint. No sorry, no issuing a refund. She even hung up on me. I have a literal gluten allergy and for them to slap a bun on it after knowing about the allergy is negligent and shows how much they care. We will never come here again.

Sat at the drive thru for almost 5 minutes with nobody asking to take the order. Decided to go inside to order. The employees at the register were too busy talking to each other to pay attention to the guest in front of me. When it was time to order, the employee taking my order was rude, confused about where in the system to find a common item, and seemed overall inconvenienced to have to take the small order. This is the second time I visited this location, hoping to have a better experience than the first time. Will definitely go to another location next time.

Drive thru only..didn’t understand why. Until after I ordered my food and was told to pull up. It seam like forever so as I got out my truck and headed to the door and young man came out with my food and I said I was wondering what was taking so long…as he said I’m by myself…oh my God!!! He took my order, took my money and made my food….my hat goes out to this young man for holding it down when no one else would…I wish I had got your name cause honey you need to be recognized for the outstanding service…unbelievable how you did it all and with a smile on your face ❤️ it

Originally got cold fries and the order which consisted of one cheeseburger meal took a while even though I was the only customer in sight. Also was allowed to order strawberry frosty on the app but they didn’t have it available. But they were very friendly and gave me some fresh fries and cookies when my friend complained. So all in all, can’t complain.

Wendy’s have fallen off a lot to me since the late 80’s when the biggie size was still a thing. I’m not going to complain much because I know you receive what you pay for. This is a simple 4 for $4 spicy chicken meal I ordered from the app. The food was cold upon receiving, fries look dehydrated and I had one nugget missing. It’s lunch time and raining outdoors so I will not be taking it back. I just wish fast food restaurants would take more pride in their work. Treat your customers as you would want to be treated with hot, presentable and well prepared food. The staff working this morning had a great and courteous attitude.

I ordered a 4 for 4 burger mobile. I put up there NO ONIONS because of my son is allergic to them. But oh yes they put onions up there anyway. Plus they are slow at the drive-thru REALLY.
