This Wendy’s is an older location. The inside was somewhat dirty with stained carpets and counters that hadn’t been wiped down. Service wasn’t friendly, but it wasn’t rude. The food was delivered quickly. It’s not a great fast food location.

The girl at the 1st window was sitting on a chair taking the money while on her phone. Saying i want to go to the club and the person she was talking to must of ask her why don’t she go. Her reply was I’m at work. The second person at the next window where you pick up your food didn’t say thank you just handed you your bag and closed the window. Once i drove away i notice no napkins. Omg talk to your employees please a little bit more professional

I hate leaving a one star on service like this but at 1120 on a weekday lunch time the lobby was locked with no sign as to why and the drive through asked us to wait a min. Five min later nothing so I just left. When driving away I saw a worker hanging half out the drive through window having a chat with someone. So really good impression there Wendy’s.

Incompetent manager… can’t stop cutting you off in the middle of trying to give you your order have to repeat yourself three and four times not to mention the times I come to the drive-thru and get told to hold on for a minute waited 9 minutes to be able to give my order while at the menu board and still got my order wrong the manager needs to be fired bad attitude horrible location and I’m sure it’s not all the employees but definitely the ones on the speaker and I believe it’s the manager terrible attitude she’s the one Cuts you off in the middle of giving your order cuz she thinks she’s going to speed it up by cutting you off

I’ve ordered here a few times because they are close but the results are mundane. This time I ordered a baconator but received 2 jr. cheese burger patties instead of the baconator patties it’s supposed to come with. The drive through line took 20 minutes the first time so I didn’t bother going back.

This Wendy’s is closer to my house so I go there the most this is my 4th time receiving a cold meal since I’ve moved to Virginia however I went there on June 13 to make an Oder for 10 piece spicy nuggets meal with ghost pepper ranch which I received cold again I went back and told the girl that the meal was cold again, she then gave me a new Oder which was hot but wasn’t my correct Oder being that I Oder spicy and she gave me regular instead I was so frustrated because I had to be driving back and forth I just went back to ask if I could just get a refund when the worker went ahead and slam the window in my face saying the meal was hot even though I tired to tell her it was not the correct Oder . I then got upset because I was never disrespectful towards her when I ask for the refund and she slammed the window in my face that’s when I start to argue I will never go to that Wendy’s again a matter of fact I’ll never buy a next Wendy’s again with the experience that I gain because I am not a violent person nor a disrespectful one and she pulled me out of character.
