We went here to grab a quick breakfast sandwich. Well… I ordered the Breakfast Baconator!! The description was a grilled sausage, bacon and egg topped with Swiss cheese!! What on earth is THIS??!! I was given A BURNT SAUSAGE, BACON AND FOR SOME REASON MAYONNAISE!! NO EGG AND NO CHEESE!!! This is what you’re serving your paying customers?! Never Again!!! If I could give you a BIG FAT ZERO I WOULD!!!!

Stayed in the drive thru for 15 minutes no answer. Several cars drove off. Finally I tried to go to the inside and both doors were locked. This is not the first time, it’s the second. No need to worry about me using this location again because the service sucks!

Typical last- minute decision for lunch to eat in the car. Drive-thru line was long so took my chances going inside. Only one person behind the counter and she couldn’t get the register drawer open so she couldn’t take cash orders. Lost several customers because of that. However, she was very professional and efficient in dealing with the line of customers. But the important thing is I had not been to a Wendy’s in many years. I had just about given up on all fast food because it was just becoming too expensive. I was very surprised you could get a burger, chicken nuggets, fries, and a drink for 5.00+tx. I wasn’t expecting much but I ordered it anyway. Much to my surprise, it was all very good! The burger was hot and tasty. It wasn’t huge, but substantial. The fries were also hot, not greasy, and I think better than that other place. Even the chicken nuggets were satisfactory and came with sauce. I really hope this wasn’t a one-off experience. I guess it will be worth 5.00 to find out.

This is the worst Wendy’s in existence. Not only does it take 30 minutes to clear 4 cars, half the time they only take exact change, their card reader is constantly down, and they’ll only have sweet tea available for drinks. Normally I wouldn’t care, as it’s a fast food joint and not a fancy restaurant; but it happens constantly. Living out of a hotel is not the business.

20 minutes to get 2 breakfast sandwiches. No hair nets, wearing cross. Just no order. Manager didn’t wanna wait on anyone and just kept walking by like we were bystanders .employees eating on food line just a terrible experience. Dave Thomas is turning in his grave.

This is hands down the worst Wendy’s I have been to in a while. Everytime I have went (about 3 or 4 times total since being stationed at Ft. Lee in June) around 10pm when they’re suppose to close at 11, their “systems” are always down. It’s to the point that I’m starting to believe that they shut down early just to leave early. If you want to shut down at 10, just change your hours instead of wasting peoples time and gas driving over there just to get trash service.

While traveling, we tried to stop here for bathrooms and to eat breakfast in the restaurant. The door was unlocked and our whole family entered only to discover that the two employees had been out in their car smoking pot. They then realized we had entered and were waiting for service but told us we had to do drive thru. The only reason we gave them two stars was because they allowed us to use the restrooms. Never went through the drive thru and had a lovely breakfast at Chick-fil-A across the street instead.

Food is okay, but they’re constantly closed during normal hours, out of half of the menu, out of straws/drink holders/napkins, or can’t take card payments for some reason. They need some attention from corporate or new management, because at this rate they might as well close. Go to the one on the Boulevard, they’re at least open when they should be.
