Well after not getting food from the local Wendy’s, for several years because of animal hair being in my food and I decided to give it another try…what a huge mistake that was…I have red hair cooked into my sandwich….I will never go back to this location again. I wrote a review the last time and there wasn’t anything done about it at all. Why doesn’t the corporate office respond to any of the negative complaints…do you not care?? The red head(young white girl)is working on the line without a hat, visor or a hair net. WHY?? That is so nasty and disgusting and very disturbing to see after you get half way thru your sandwich. Last time it was animal hair in my food and of course nothing was ever done as always. WHY?? Then the manager Noah had the audacity to ask me to fill out paperwork to get my money back…didn’t ask me for any information when I was placing my food order tho, except for what I had ordered. I spent $24.02. I don’t understand why the kitchen staff isn’t required to wear hats, or hairnets, if their hair touches their shoulders it should be tucked into a hairnet or hat.Everyone else in the kitchen and restaurant had headwear on, from what I could see. After walking in to return the ‘hairburger’…I wouldn’t go back now if I had free food for life. The red head didn’t even look very clean nor professional. I will be seeking other help because something needs to be done about this wendys location, I don’t have these problems at any of the other wendys locations. Just this one. It’s a dayuum shame that it is still not worth going to and they still do nothing to improve the situation. My burger meat tasted horrible it was old and tough and black around the edges. I will make sure I let other know that you now serve ‘hairburgers’ compliments of Wendy’s in Radford.

I understand being busy, but going inside it took me 20-25 minutes to get my order taken and another 30 to get my food. They finally came out with the wrong food, refused to refund the order, and I had to wait another 10 minutes for it to be “made fresh” or walk out after paying with no food. My dine-in became take-out.

This was the first time I have had breakfast at Wendy’s. I ordered a croissant breakfast and I was disappointed. The croissant seemed like it was sitting under a heat lamp forever it was so hard. The potatoes were fantastic however.

The food is good most of the time but if you go late, after 11 (they close at 12) they will not make fresh food for you! They will tell you they are out of most things like lemonade, spicy chicken nuggets, etc and you won’t get the food you really want!

Stopped to get two Frosty’s, went inside because drive-thru was backed up, took 25 minutes to get my Frosty’s. Strawberry Frosty wasn’t available, Paid and then had to wait 25 minutes. Very poor service, the whole store seemed unorganized and chaotic.

Food was fresh, but the service was horrible. 3 employees at the counter when I brought back a sandwich made wrong, and 2 of them wouldn’t even ask what I needed. One guy pacing back and forth while the other two were ignoring paying customers.

The food is good. The service is awful. I’d suggest completely rehiring the cashiers and drive thru workers. It’s completely unprofessional to have someone yelling about making your food because you wanted an iced coffee.

We stopped in this afternoon for takeout. There were two kids at the register trying to figure out what they could afford and the manager, possibly a mom of one of them, kept circling through and making suggestions. The man at the register thought it was humorous. Rather than telling the teens to step aside, we waited 15 minutes and never got service. We walked out and told the teens and Wendy’s ‘Thanks for wasting our tme.’ As we left, we told others walking in not to waste their time and they left as well. Service sucked big time. We will NOT stop here again.
