The food is normally great. Fresh, and is made right. The service here isn’t top-notch. They’re normally short staffed, so wait times can be longer. Not many smiling faces or “thank yous.” I worked fast food, and I totally understand being short of help and stressed, but it doesn’t cost anything to say thank you or have a good day. Hopefully they can get properly staffed and be less stressed.

This Wendy’s is always understaffed. I waited fifteen minutes to be served. Matthew was polite but had to wait on all the customers in dining room and was too much for anyone. Spicy nuggets were old.

I work here. The store manager Ashley and also Kate both have treated me with the utmost professionalism. No where else I have worked has genuinely cared for someone with medical issues as bad as mine. I don’t qualify for disability, and them working with me while I undergo seizure therapy is truly outstanding. Great food too. fantastic staff and we get a $7 meal everyday. Thank you to all my coworkers 🙂

Waited 25 minutes in drive thru for a mobile order there were zero cars in the parking lot and one car ahead of me in the drive thru. When I asked the young gentleman why it took so long for a mobile order he shrugged his shoulders and I said what does that mean and he closed the window door of the drive thru and walked away.

Doors were randomly locked at 7:50pm, with no signs on the door explaining why. Another customer had let my friend and I in, only for the workers to talk loudly about us getting in (mockingly laughing) right in front of our faces. I understand if you all are understaffed and overworked, but that doesn’t mean you should just lock doors without any communication to customers. And it is CERTAINLY, not pleasant when you get an attitude about how we even got in.

Ordered and person taking order completely messed it up. Waited 25 minutes and they hadn’t even made the order yet. Served 4 customers that ordered after we did plus filled orders for at least 12 card from drive thru. Ended up getting refund and left with no food at all. Manager didn’t even seem to care about it.

Sad that I had to wait over 25 minutes in the pouring rain to order a medium frosty. It was more like a runny milkshake and the girl at drive thru didn’t apologize, say thank you or nothing. If trash service like this continues, I will have a talk with the regional manager and heads will roll !! Pathetic !!

I came here for lunch on 7/20/22 at 12:28, and of course there was a line in the drive through but I got to the window in a reasonable amount of time! there was an older white guy taking orders on a head seat up front and there was a black guy taking orders/money in back and both were very nice! Jack took my money but I’m 99% sure the other gentleman took my order, both were very nice and personable! Loved seeing more males on the customer service side! Very nice! And my food was right and fresh! Everyone did a good job! Cooks, customer service, food runners, and manager! Whoever the maintenance guy is keeps it very clean too! Good job everyone!

Placed a mobile order 6/17/23 around 3:45pm. 3 combos. Realized they forgot one of them after pulling off. Called the store and, I $hit you not, was told “well I didn’t bag your order” multiple times. Zero help and some of the worst customer service. Said they couldn’t refund me but that I was free to come back and get them (which I explained wasn’t an option as I was already on the interstate.)
