Placed online order at 11am, got to window 11:45 order not started. Asked to pull forward waited 20 minutes, order came out was told everything should be there, if not we will make it right. got to work to separate orders, missing items on sandwiches, order of fries and a entire sandwich. Called and was told come back we will make it right! After spending 25 minutes on an order placed online AND then waiting to get it made, NOPE NOT WAITING AGAIN!!!! The lady that works up front as a cashier during the day is awesome! The people in the back sometimes are clueless and mess up the food slightly. But over all this place is a good fast food restaurant and the only one that offers grilled chicken wraps and on their salads.

Got home to eat and this is what they gave me. The entire potato is rotten out on both sides and then covered with cheese to hide it. I’m not eating this and I’m not driving back to Verona to show them something they already know. You can’t cover a rotten potato with cheese and expect people to eat it and not get sick or notice. I like Wendy’s; I stop at one fairly often. The hamburgers are good, fries passable, and the frostys make for a nice dessert. I recently found out that the chili is pretty good also. This location is conveniently located for travellers on I81, so I stopped. However the dining room isn’t open, and I hate eating in my car, so I briefly considered the Mcdonalds next door but eventually decided to get back on the road and go to the next exit where their Wendy’s has the dining room open.
