Service quality is poor for interactions with anybody and if you go inside expect to wait a while. Drive thru is usually quickest. Internet and card readers are down all the time. Food quality is decent for the most part, fries are hit or miss.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but there comes a point when it becomes too much. Every time I visit this location, I order the exact same thing: the number 8 (bacon pub cheeseburger) with no honey mustard or pickles, extra beer cheese sauce. Every. Single. Time. And every single time I’ve ordered it from here, it’s been wrong. My last visit was the final straw. I ordered the same thing, but got the chicken version instead. Prior to this mess up, every time I’d order my favorite item, there was either no bacon or beer cheese, or honey mustard and no bacon. There have been times I’ve gone back to get it replaced, but other times I feel it’s an inconvenience because I know how hard working in fast food is. However, as a paying customer who orders the same thing every time, it’s become an aggravation and it needs to be addressed so this location can continue to be my favorite fast food place.

I have no previous issue with Wendy’s, I’ve always liked the food and I don’t usually have to wait too long. But today I was mad. The woman who took my drive-thru order was so rude that I was talking about it with my passenger. I was saying to myself “Be nice, be nice, maybe she’s having a bad day…” Then I get to the window and a young man took my money and was getting my drink etc and the woman who took my order was behind him, being rude the the person in the car behind me! Also, being nasty to the other employees. Saying, they were doing this wrong, that wrong and thats why the drivethru times were slow. So now I knew why she was being rude to me, I took a minute to order. But nobody was behind me at that point. Eventually I got my food from the nice young man, and I thanked him for BEING NICE, UNLIKE SOME PEOPLE. He gave me a little smile. He knew what I was getting at. That woman was being ridiculous. You DON’T belittle your employees like that. Especially for what those kids earn. I mean, no wonder places are having a hard time keeping fast food employees.

I’m sorry but my partner and I work for Wendy’s this location is not one I recommend over all the building was nice and clean the drink station needed to be stocked but was welcoming ….but the manager on duty tonight 8/16/2023 at around 8:30 pm was so rude I thought about driving off but I was thinking no it’s ok we will get our food and leave the manager messed up the card transaction so her drawer is going to be $11 off we get our food and the bread on the sandwich was hard they barely gave us any fry’s so we can in the building and tell them our problems and the lady was really nice about so we decided to just eat outside at the patio then I see the only manager on duty come outside and sit in her car which doesn’t happen at our store she sit in her car for about 10 minutes go back in side very unprofessional I was in to get a refill on my drink I hear the guy and lady that was working front together talking about us and on how some people you can’t pleased it’s not that we can’t be pleased it’s if the employees knew what they were y

You pull into the shopping mall area and see the Wendy’s. Drive thru was discrete looking and menu was not exposed by light dispite the time being well over 9. Food was good, ordered a grilled chicken wrap. 4 Stars

This Wendy’s has been in business at this location since the 1970’s and that says a lot. Maybe it’s time to consider opening a second location a few miles north on route 219 in Lewisburg since that is where the growth in businesses and residential rooftops has been going for recent years. There seems to be a huge vacuum of Quick Service Food options in the North Lewisburg area. Just a thought.
