I went here this morning with my partner and my receipt says the employee we dealt with is Valene who was working the second window. She took our order, our payment, and gave us our food. When we were ordering she kept cutting us off before we could finish with each item we wanted to order. When we asked for extra syrup at the window she said “I have to charge you extra” and my partner started to say “Okay that’s fine” and before he could finish she very hatefully said “I’m just trying to do my job sir!” And before he could explain that he was just saying “okay that’s fine” and that we wanted them she slammed the window shut and we just left after being talked to like that for no reason. We had no issue paying extra. The last two times (second time being today) that I’ve been to this Wendy’s for breakfast the employees have been AWFUL! Management needs to have a talk with their employees about friendliness and how to be polite. And I’ll agree with some other reviews about poor hygiene! Ripley has a much better atmosphere and their employees are kind and service is quick! Food is always fresh there too. I’ll drive the extra 30 minutes if I want Wendy’s that bad.

Food was fresh and hot. A little slow to get to us in drive through (they were training someone today). Well worth the wait everything was timed perfectly and all hot and fresh at the same time. Fountain drinks are on point with the correct syrup ratio – no watered down flavor.

We used the restroom before ordering our food. The floor was so slippery it was like ice skating, I almost fell when I walked into the women’s restroom. My father-in-law is disabled, he has a prosthetic leg and walks with a cane. It was very very difficult for him to walk in and out of there and he even mentioned it to a worker that this is a lawsuit waiting to happen with the floors being as slick as they were. We ended up going through the drive-thru to order. We ordered 3 Jr Bacon Cheeseburgers and 3 drinks, I did not want mayonnaise on only “1” of the burgers, but instead we got 4 Jr Bacon Cheeseburgers, and we were charged for 4 and ALL 4 had mayonnaise on them and two of them had no lettuce. I don’t know how they got that order so confused but they did. We could not go back and get the right order due to a doctor’s appointment. Don’t get me wrong the burgers tasted great, I just wish we would have gotten what we ordered. It’s very hard to scrape mayo off of a Jr Bacon Cheeseburger.

The little child girl that was working the window is the most disrespectful person I’ve ever encountered! I asked for two extra syrups for my French toast amd she said I have to charge you. Before I could even say ok that’s fine she interrupts me and says well I’m sorry I’m just doing my job!!! Which left me absolutely dumb founded because I wasn’t even going to say anything. I was willing to pay. But when she said that I was like never mind and then she says k great bye! Like seriously? I will not ge back! Y’all need to learn respect! Also the other Wendy’s in Ripley NEVER charges for extra syrup. They act like it comes out of their pockets. But again I was willing to pay at first. I don’t know why management can never get control of their employees. They let them speak to people however, they want to! It’s not right! Ain’t no wonder of the world is about to end!!
