I mean it’s Wendy’s what do you expect? I’m pretty sure the woman at the first window was on something due to her actions of the jerks and not being able to cash out. Place needs a scrub down it’s not very clean inside . But they got our order right and it was cold but edible. I don’t expect much from a fast food place. Should have just went to Chick fil a though.

The young man that waited on me put my large cappuccino in the wrong cup. (I could tell because of the way his supervisor (?) snapped at him.) So rather than give me the mistake, his female supervisor threw it out and gave me a much smaller cup. I guess it goes better with the “almost no meat burger” and the “half of what they used to be large sized Frosty that my husband got. Wendy’s is not what it used to be. The 1 star for service is for the actions of the supervisor in front of the customer. The young man was very polite and curious.

I don’t recommend going to this Wendy’s location ever again. Heaven forbid they actually do their job right. I was at home sick having an allergic reaction so my boyfriend got me a burger, but they made both of our sandwiches wrong, he got them corrected. When he got home, I opened up my sandwich to find that they had only scraped the mayo off and flipped the burger. I’m allergic to mayo, already having an allergic reaction to something else, imagine the lawsuit they’d have on their hands should I have ate it!! As someone who’s worked in fast food, this is a huge no-no. This is the 3rd time this has happened at this location, and it’s safe to say I will never be returning to it.

The past several times I have gone here, they have given me burnt and incorrect food. The staff are always rude. I have tried to call and complain, but they never answer the phone. Hard to believe they don’t have time for that, considering they just stand around on their phones. It’s easily the laziest fast food in Morgantown.

I sat in the drive thru for over 10mins. When the cars piled up behind me I decided to drive to the window to ask if they were open. I was met with hostility… the lady said “We we’re changing the soda machine “… I observed 7 workers just standing there. When I asked but there are 7 people standing here she said “they are all in their assigned places”!

There was a sign on the register that you had to order from the kiosk. There were two and one was not working. We didn’t enjoy having to punch in our own order while watching at least one employee leaning on the work counter chatting and giggling. Our food was hot but the burger patties were sad looking. Nothing like the menu board shows. My burger had a hair cooked partially into the cheese and they did make me a new one. My daughter was mad that they were out of Dr Pepper.

I would give zero stars if it were possible. I pumped gas down the street so I washed up in the bathroom before trying to order. The two employees who were doing nothing at the registers told us “the front is closed”. We didn’t understand, so they told us “the front is closed, you have to use the kiosk”. We were annoyed because it was around 2:00 in the afternoon on a Monday and not busy at all. We tried to use the kiosk but couldn’t figure out how to delete things from the burger – we didn’t want lettuce, onion or tomato. After a few minutes of struggling while the employees stood there talking to each other, we left without food. I can’t even call it bad customer service because there was no customer service.

The short overweight nighttime manager here takes the word lazy and worthless to the next level. They mess up your order and then get extremely offensive when you politely ask for the correct thing.
