Just went through the drive through. Took way longer than needed with very poor service. You would hope at least your food would be warm if you had to wait that long. Nope. Order was wrong, didnt get receipt, burgers tasted like the were under a warming lamp for 20+ mins. Fries were the worst ive ever gotten from anywhere. They were stale and cold. They were literally brown. Looked as though they had been re-fried at least 3 times or more. This place used to be a go to about 7+ years ago, but has slowly declined into the very sad state it is in now. Rating is only 93! This place needs to bulldoze, clean house and start over!

Dinning room so dirty. I couldn’t find a clean table. Floors are sticky, and it smells bad. Customer service is horrible, to say the least. Stood there for about 5 minutes before I was even acknowledged. Few employees there just talking amongst themselves didn’t seem to be working. When finally a guy comes to the register, he just stands there, giving us a look of frustration and mad as if we are interrupting whatever it was he was doing. I start to tell him what I want and still don’t speak one word. When finally he tells me my total, I could hardly hear him because he was talking in such a low voice, almost mumbling. Food took forever to come out. When we got it, it was could and not good. Horrible experience overall. Definitely not coming back!!

Very short staffed which isn’t their fault so it does take longer to get service and get your food. It can take up to 40 minutes in the drive thru during lunch hours to get your food. It’s not worth it. Food has gone down hill. The food I’ve gotten has always been cold and I’ve gotten sick from eating food there before. The only thing I get there at this point is the frosty if their frosty machine isn’t broken (was broken last time I came there ).

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I pulled into the drive through at 1:50PM and did not get my food until 2:33…..just for the fries to be stale and the nuggets to be barely warm. Wouldn’t recommend unless you have an hour to wait.

Stood at the front counter for 3 or 4 minutes while the whole staff was having a great time talking to each other and laughing. I know at least 4 employees saw me and two other people standing there but they just gonna keep talking and maybe eventually they would have gotten to me. Not the first time I’ve had to stand there forever but I’m finally done. I guess this Wendy’s doesn’t have a manager or something. Bunch a grown kids working here I get better service at Taco Bell where the food is wayyy cheaper. Now I know why the drive thru takes so long.

Ordered online. Had to wait 20 min they bought out 1/2 of my food. I went inside which it was filthy in there to get my burger that was missed. A guy came out and said he gave us the wrong food and took the bag back. 10 min later brought the same bag with the burger that was missing and it was made incorrect my chili was sideways on the bottom of the bag. Terrible service. Had to go back through the drive and had them remake my food.

Dirty. Service score rating of 93.5. We waited for a long time watching the employees serve the drive through before they even acknowledged us. And then it took a long time for our food to come out. Food was good and hot but not worth the wait and dirty environment.

Cold food and absolutely nasty drink station, all the drink selections were out except for a few. Staff walking around like a bunch of zombies! Appeared that their manager just doesn’t have what it takes to run an efficient fast food restaurant!
