If they even take your order in the drive through you’ll get pulled forward anyways. This is the Wendy’s that everyone I know just agrees not to go to and has been for 3 years. I know that staff is hard to come by but it seems they always manage to have the 2 that agree to sit in the back and hit carts paired on the same shift.

The place is extremely dirty, I’ve had my fair share of fast food jobs and never have I ever compromised cleanliness over anything else. None of the tables are wiped down and just have what seems like days of dried food and soda all over, especially horrible BY the drink station. The cashier was touching the register, touching her face, then touching all the food; people were placing their broomsticks against the fry stand, I saw no one wash their hands in between anything at all! I understand how rush hours go, but when you start compromising your cleanliness is when people start getting sick, I don’t even want to eat the food I just ordered.

By far one of the top three worst Wendy’s in Greensboro. Honestly, probably the trashiest/dirtiest one in Greensboro not to mention the worst service ever. I don’t usually leave reviews, but wanted to warn unsuspecting people of what they’re about to encounter. Everyone there looks like they absolutely hate their job and want to be somewhere else and this has been consistently over 3 to 5 trips, prices seem to be higher at this Wendy’s as well.

To be honest I wouldn’t leave any stars if I didn’t have to! This is by far the worst store ever and needs to either be fully re staffed with people who care about their job or shut down! I ordered my food. My fries were cold as ice, I sat at the drive window as 2 people walked by & looked dead at me! No one said anything went to the back. Sat there for 10 mins before I called the store. They told me to come in. I said no I came through the drive through for a reason then someone by the name of Aniyah came to the window with an attitude. I told her my fries were cold when I got them and at this point all my other food was cold, she then snickered and closed the window. Everyone at this store has always been very rude and unprofessional but they are the ones that applied for the job! Childish & all they do is play around!

Purchased a 4 for $4. I asked for fresh fries because I seen them scraping for fries that were just sitting and fell all around. So the guy proceeds to try and give me those. No sit can you please give me fresh fries so he throws the old fries in with the new. Not to mention no one had gloves on. I don’t think I will be returning yo this location. 4 people working they weren’t busy the least they could do is clean up.

the drive-thru was closed, so i went in though the doors. The windows somehow had dew from the inside, which made me nervous. walking in, i almost slipped and fell from the amount of grease on the floor. it also smelled just like mold, which was overpowering, so i left. didn’t even order the food.

This Wendy’s needs more help. They are sadly short staffed and can only keep up with so much. They couldn’t even operate the drive thru because they only had 3 people working. The cashier was friendly enough though and they got my order correct. The Coca-Cola freestyle machine was very limited to what was left in it. I think once they can become fully staffed, it will be a much better experience and I’ll update my rating.
