Wendy’s has gone completely downhill. The Spanish girls in there were very nice and they were wearing gloves but this one guy, I don’t know if he’s a manager or not but he was handling food without gloves on and just had a really bad attitude. We were inside and the wait was 10 minutes just to order and the guy acted like everyone inside was an inconvenience to him. Very disorganized place. Will NOT be going back. The guy locked the doors at 6:30pm so people couldn’t come in.

All I ordered was a combo meal with a PLAIN chicken sandwich. I pulled up to the window and it seemed like nobody knew how to respond to “thank you”!! They pulled me up to the door even though I was the only person in line. I didn’t get too upset about it knowing they just switched over to lunch. I ended up waiting like 20-30 minutes while the line piled up behind me. Finally a girl brought my food out and apologized for the wait, which I appreciated. But idk what I was even waiting on since my food wasn’t even warm. I got halfway home and noticed they gave me the wrong order. I’m annoyed at this point that I have to go back but I’m thinking hopefully they’ll make it right. I let them know I got the wrong order and reminded them I just ordered a PLAIN chicken sandwich. I hear a bunch of other people talking in the background after I answer and the girl tells me to pull up to the window. I’m still trying to be nice while they hand me the bag even though they messed up. Didn’t even apologize. Some other girl stood behind her while she handed me the bag and they both just mean-glared me as if I was the one inconveniencing them.. Rude as hell! And after checking the bag the second time they still got it wrong!!! I have never cared before to write reviews but this isn’t the first time with this Wendy’s. So irritating that I was as polite as I could be but they don’t even care to apologize about their own mistake.

Food was fair. Not really up to expectations overall. Fries were hot but burgers were not. No sweet tea in self service drink area. What they had behind the counter really couldn’t be called tea – very weak & just barely sweetened. After the person working the counter filled my cup with “sweet tea,” the manager told him that they hade to save it for the drive thru. My wife was not allowed to get any sweet tea. Most of the tables were dirty, though the dining room. Was not busy. Don’t know if anyone reads these reviews…

Food is good, typically Wendy’s but the staff at the drive through is some of the most hateful and unfriendly I’ve experienced in some while. Tell them “Thank you” after they hand you your food and they just give you a mean stare. Then tell them to have a good day and they keep staring at you wanting you to pull off. Where has the hospitality gone???

The gentleman name Jordan had done and excellent job of taking my order. He was really professional, efficient under the circumstances. There was an issue with a previous order on a screen before he could ring up anybody order so the manager came over because he needed the screen cleared. She was beyond disrespectful, she argued and talked down to him in front of customers and blamed him for not doing his job. By the looks of it he was hurt because he knew he didn’t do anything wrong but to talk to someone in such that matter was beyond unprofessional. If she felt like he needed to do better she could’ve waited til there were no longer customers in line. I dont know what planet she’s on to act in such a manner to be a manager. When she came over she already had a personal headphone in one ear and the headset on for the drive through and she calls herself a manager. I felt so bad for the guy and almost walked out but if thats how wendys is going to treat their employees I will no longer give them my services. The manager with the short blonde hair ruined my experience.

Whoever the female was that on drive thru window at 5pm August 15th, 2023. TAKE HER OFF AND DONT PUT HER BACK ON. The food was great, but she snatched my card, threw my food at me, and ran off bruh lol. Whole time I’m asking her how her day is! That woman is clearly stressed please let her go home .

Always short on help, very long wait times for “fast” food & past few times they mess up my order for a Baconator & Son of a Baconator Burgers!!! Last time there was NO BACON at all on them! I will unwrap items to check for correctness IF there is a next time!!! Also, no receipt, so I couldn’t even call to complain.

System goes down a lot and can’t take orders. When it is working 99% drink order is wrong or mixture is bad. The one time they get the drink order right the food order is wrong. They need a new game plan as far as training they’re employees how to complete an order. As well as how to take orders and calculate cash payment when they’re System crashes since it seems to happen often.

The service and food has always been good here. Very nice staff and the food is always hot. The last time I went my order had a sweet tea instead of the unsweetened I had ordered, but mistakes happen so no bigs.
