When it comes to the food, I mean it’s fast food you can’t be too picky but I’ve never had to deal with what I dealt with today. I drove over to get breakfast and when I got home I opened the wrapper to find a hair in my food.

This Wendy’s was just incredibly busy during a dinner rush. There were people everywhere. I felt bad for the employees, but they continued to push through and stayed kind and positive the whole time. Tonight proved how bad labor shortages are at the moment. This is a reminder that as consumers, we need to be patient, respectful, and appreciative of those who do show up to work every day and bust their butts.

The older lady at the ordering window and where you pay is so sweet and wonderful at her job. We have seen her man of times and her service is the best around. She truly is a genuinely lovely lady. We go out of our way to go to this location due to her service.

I ordered a new honey hot chicken sandwich and it isn’t my first time having it and when i got it, it was completely raw. When i say completely i mean that. I have never had that before and i have been going there a long time. It could’ve gotten me sick. It was also cold to touch. The only “cooked” thing was the breaded outside of the chicken. They also put bacon on my fry’s when i get cheese fry’s every time and forgot one of my drinks. I will not be coming back anytime soon.

ALL THE JUNK
Hi everybody! I live just outside of the Harrisburg border. And I just started to frequent this Wendy’s after consistently receiving abysmal service from the Wendy’s up on University City and Pavillion. Let me tell you, it’s like nite and day, God spoke tongues and said: this will be the Wendys’ you’ll always go to if you’re feeling the need and still in the area. It’s just THAT much better in every way you can think of!

I would give negative stars if I could. I’m not the type of person to complain OR REVIEW but this is the worst experience I have ever had from any fast food place/restaurant. The guy at the window DROPPED my money (I paid in cash) and then proceeded to act like he didn’t even realize it, didn’t apologize, didn’t look at me, didn’t give me my change back etc. I didn’t say anything because, again, I’m not confrontational and I don’t like to complain. Then I go home, bite into my chicken Sandwhich and see multiple hairs hanging out the side. I pull the bun off and see what looks like a thin layer of cob webs sitting in between my chicken and bun. I am APPALLED and will NEVER return to this wendys.
