Sat in the drive through for about 15 minutes just to place my order, then another 15 to get it. Got home and my son realized after the first fee bites, the center of his Chicken sandwich was raw. So guess who’s staying home from work because their kid is probably gonna be sick as hell now.. I have pics to proce it too.

Waited in drive-thru for 30 minutes just to get to speaker, to be told only door dash or mobile orders only. I feel that the manager should have posted signs to inform customers. This is not the first bad experience. I wanted to give them another opportunity before I posted.

Your own manager doesn’t know your menu. I order 2 $5 biggie bags with a jr bacon cheese burger. And 1 $6 biggie bag with a crispy chicken BLT. None of the sandwiches had tomatoes, and we were not informed they were out. And the crispy chicken blt was not the blt. It was a regular crispy chicken. When I went to the counter to have it resolved, simply having wanted the sandwich to be corrected, the manager herself told me they don’t sell that with the biggie back. Despite the fact it was clearly on the menu. I informed her that I spent the $6 dollars to get this sandwich and it was clearly there on the menu that it was a choice. She eventually had it made, but this is ridiculous. Managers should know what is available for customers to buy. And if ingredients are missing, customers should be informed by the cashier that they don’t have everything

I was the only person standing in line. The short lightskinned young lady was laughing and joking around with the young lady from the drive through. I waited for 5 minutes before she decided to ask to take my order. I gave her a mean look but I never said anything to her. They are forever running out of strawberry frostee’s. The French fries were salty and my sandwich was cold. I call the manager Christy I think that was her name. She was very kind.She said I could get a free meal. I always come to this Wendy’s because I stay right down the street. My food is always good. This was around 3:20 3:30. I had to put my meat in the microwave. Also I saw someone put a French fry in their mouth behind the counter.

Asked for a sour cream and chive baked potato. No fork, no sour cream, butter, or napkins. To top it off, it took over thirty minutes in the drive thru line. Very unsatisfied and I won’t be going back.

I went into this store and stood at the counter. I was approached by an employee telling me I had to use the drive throw and they only let grub hub or Uber eats use the lobby. The kitchen was fully staffed so it was like they couldn’t run both. It was so embarrassing to have to walk out of a store that you were going to give money. Customer survive has died out.

Everyone was grumpy by the drive thru window. They were busy as usual. My Sandwich was on the cool side. Had only one strip of Bacon for a Baconator. Did not make it the best. Other side, Fries were fresh and Hot.
