About as rude as you can be. Maybe it’s because we’re from England? It’s almost cheap to even trash a fast food chain but I felt I had to. We needed 2 cokes and they brought us diets. No big deal. These things happen. I went around again and she says “we out” almost shouting. Upsetting my wife. Then we noticed all the chips were burnt along with the burgers missing tomatoes and lettuce. Just terrible.

1st cannot believe no Vanilla Frosties for the Summer. Then our fries tasted old and over cooked while our sandwhiches did not come with ketchup, mustard and cheese and ketchup, pickle and cheese. While at the same time the burgers were like the fries, tasted old and over cooked and looked as though they have been there all day. The fries and burgers were hard and crunchy. On more than One occasion.

I travel extensively and can not remember getting treated like this. I rarely leave negative comments. They believe they are entitled to $15/hr but where I come from you have to earn that. My order was incorrect, cheeseburger without the cheese, burnt patties and fries that were over cooked and had set a long time. Also no baked potatos! The whole meal was just this side of garbage. The girl that took my order was rude, very rude and actually shut her window while I was still talking to her. If you do not like your job just do us all a favor and quit. Many help wanted signs everywhere.

It was all I could do to compose myself from the disrespect and unprofessional behavior. Manager was out sitting in her car talking to another worker coming off her shift drive through lady said she couldn’t give me change or my food till she came in. I hollard so she would come inside so we didn’t have to sit in hot weather with kids waiting on our food! She then came in hair all nasty and messy holding her uniform clothes on her chest messing with register and gave us a horrible stare. Then we had to walk back in to get the drinks they forgot and slid them on the counter and tossed a drink tray stating HERE. This was at 6:15 Saturday August 5th. Worst customer service I’ve ever saw. Abunch of idiots

I ordered from this Wendy’s yesterday evening via UberEATS and the delivery driver didn’t put my food at my door! She posted a picture of my food at a door but it wasn’t mine. I went outside with my 2 small kids searching my neighbor’s porches and it wasn’t there!! I tried multiple times trying to contact the driver and there was no response. I then tried calling this Wendy’s multiple times and there was no one answering. This was my first time ordering from this Wendy’s and it was also my last due to their horrible incompetence, carelessness and negligence on the part of their employees.

So I’m only giving 1 star because I can’t give zero. Me and my son got off work Sunday afternoon and went through the drive thru at this Wendy’s around 4:10. My son just wanted a strawberry lemonade. Nothing else. When we pulled up to the drive thru as the only car in the drive thru we were told “just a minute”…………well that minute turned into 12 minutes and still NOTHING. Even when I said hello? NOTHING. So I think dang they must really be busy inside. We drive by and see there’s not a soul inside eating or ordering! So what in the world was the reason they couldn’t take 2 minutes tops to take our order for 1 strawberry lemonade? Pathetic.
