I ordered online, & paid online, for my nephew, & I. I was going through the drive thru, & waited 5-15 minutes per car in front of me, & there was 4. I get to the speaker, & I was greeted by a guy, but didn’t understand what he said. So, I just simply said, “I have a mobile order.” The guy started screaming, very rudely, over the speaker, “I am short handed, & I’ll be with you when I can!!” I was being very patient, & talking calmly. I already figured they were short handed, because I had already waited 30 minutes to tell him I had a mobile order. After he screamed at me over the speaker, like I was trash, I canceled my order, & drove off, with my nephew, (who is a super picky eater, that decided he would eat some Wendy’s chicken nuggets, & fries, yesterday.), I personally will never dine at that Wendy’s again. If someone can’t handle a little rush, regardless if you’re short handed, or not, shouldn’t be working in customer service. He was extremely rude, & obviously can’t handle working in fast food, without lashing out at customers. I had a mobile order, he could’ve easily just said, pull to the window, then figured it out when he was done doing whatever he was doing. I went out of my way to go to Wendy’s, & had to leave with nothing, because an employee with anger issues, that can’t handle his job at a fast food restaurant. I’ve worked in fast food several times, & I have never spoke to anyone the way he spoke to me. I would’ve never er let the punk get my food together after that, for fear of him contaminating my food, on purpose, because he was so out of control. It’s just very shocking. He’s doing negative things for the company, & shouldn’t be allowed to work in customer service anywhere. “Food for thought!”

Just came to this location to order thru drive thru with noone in line i was asked to hold my order for a moment when i was then asked to take my order in the middle of me talking i was asked to hold again and i sat for 10 min and was never help i hate this wendys hasnt been the only time it has happened.

This place is a joke. No dine in. The drive through is incredibly slow (relax and take a nap. They’ll be with you…. someday). The food is always bad and very often incorrect. Buns are stale, beef is dry, veggies are wilted, condiments are either missing or applied with incredible excess. Be careful and pay attention at the drive through because they will sneak in upcharges that you didn’t order. Today I asked for a Baconator. I received, and was charged for, a TRIPLE Baconator! I ordered two sandwiches and two large fries, waited forever, and received wrong items that were dry and cold. I spent nearly $30.00 for garbage. Fast food used to be cheap and fast. Wendy’s (and everyone else, honestly) is no longer fast, and is now expensive. I swear, Dave Thomas is rolling in his grave. Hell, it’s gotten so bad that I wouldn’t be surprised if Dave came back from the dead to destroy the abomination his beloved restaurant has become!

It’s a pretty slack Wendy’s. The other day they lost my mobile order. Said they didn’t have it. Though the food had already come off my card. The manager chick acted like I’d have to figure it out myself, thought it was clearly a Wendy’s problem. Then, as if by magic, they found my order in the computer. Special requests like extra onion, just boggles their mind, and then it will be left off. At best,it’s just ok. At worst, they can piss you off.

I’m glad you asked, Google. It was terrible. I waited for 20 minutes in the drive through. Nobody in line got any food. Then I had to leave to pick up my kid. This place is the slowest fast food on the planet. As my daughter said, the only good thing about fast food is that it’s fast. And this place is not fast.
