I doordashed my order but I’d rather leave a review here. This Wendy’s is truly underrated. The order was correct, there were plenty condiments, the sweet tea was amazing, the food hit the spot after a long day at work. Kudos to whoever was working tonight (7/6/23.) Will definitely start ordering more often!

I ordered a salad and a plain double bacon cheeseburger through the app. I got there and waited a few minutes to pick up. The cheeseburger had no bacon on it when I got home. If they hadn’t charged so much extra for it, I probably wouldn’t be bothered. But the did. I called customer service and sat on hold for 10 minutes and hung up. Then I called the store. It rang 35 times. No one picked it up. I’m not going to drive back across town to straighten this out. Very frustrating

We went through the drive thru to place an order. The order was completely wrong. We didn’t leave the pick up window and simply asked for our money back for the things we were charged for that we did not order as well as the correct burger since we received the wrong one. We were treated rudely and finally given $2 in quarters with a burger that was still the wrong one. Then, the lady that handed us the quarters continued to be rude. We just cut our losses and left because of the behavior of all of the employees, but rest assured, we will not visit the Wendy’s in Camden SC again.

Wendy’s is always good. Great food, service and politeness. I’ve never had to pull up and wait for the other half of my order and I have a family of 6. For this reason, when we do have to pull up at the other fast food companies, we don’t mind but it’s just a measure of Wendy’s service for me

I remember when this Wendy’s opened and how good the food was, how nice the staff was and how clean the restaurant was. Well let me say it’s horrible now. The place is filthy. There are dead flys in all window seals. Flys all over the place. The staff was sitting in the lobby vapping and chatting when we walked in. The floor behind the counter was covered in scrap food and trash. The girl waiting on us just sat our food on the counter never notifying us it was ready. She never thanked us or acknowledged us. The parking lot had unsavory people hanging around smoking weed and one couple looked like they needed to get a hotel room. DHEC definitely needs to visit this place and I am sure the police would find illegal stuff going on. The atmosphere is horrible and as a woman I would never go there alone. This store definitely does not meet the standards the deceased original owner had for his restaurant. Manager just sat there oblivious to what was going on around him.

I love Wendy’s and don’t rate places poorly very often, but this place was terrible. I ordered 2 6 peice nuggets, 2 chocolate frosties, and a strawberry.. all medium. I got 1 6 peice nugget and then was told when getting to the window they were out of chocolate so I asked for a refund and then the manager came and said no refund I have to wait for them to make it so we parked and came inside where everything was trashy.. bathrooms… eating area.. and all the employees looked stoned and high out there mind.. after waiting 15 minutes he finally gives them to us.. but gives us smalls… where I paid for medium… I was so ready to go I just left.. will not be coming back to this location anytime soon.

Lest start at the beginning… When I initially walked into the building the doors were absolutely filthy fingerprints all over them they look like they haven’t been washed in a week. There were 3 or 4 cars in the drive-through and nobody in the sit down area. None of the tables had been wiped off none, of the chairs have been put back in place. The floor had napkins and food on it it was disgusting. There seem to be several people working but it took them 5 minutes to get my order & I was the only person in line. When I did order they didn’t have bacon to put on my double bacon cheeseburger. The counter where you order at was dirty and had not been wiped off it was sticky there was a spilled residue on there that you could still see. t

They have the drive thru closed and telling people to come in however it’s very nasty inside the drink machine doesn’t work but yet they hand u a cup and tell u to fix your drink in the lobby. Knowing it doesn’t work. They guy trying me was showing his boxers and the whole print of his butt was showing. This is not a place I would recommend visiting to give hard earned money to

Whoever was in the drive-thru during lunch today did not want to be there. Which 30-minute drive was a waste of my time. Their greeting, ‘My I take your order?’ I drove off and went to Burger King down the street. When I got to Burger King the cashier greeting was pleasant, friendly and welcoming, ‘Hello and welcome to Burger King. May I take your order?’ Gave my order, and the cashier repeated my order and asked if I wanted anything else. I said, ‘No thank you.’ Cashier, ‘Thank you, drive around please.’ What was so hard that Wendy’s cashier could have done the same as the cashier at Burger King.
