I cannot stress enough how this place has got me so messed up on so many levels. I need you guys to close fr. Everyone here deserves to be fired and signed up for therapy. I will spend every bit of energy I have to getting this location closed down. Every. Single. Employee. Needs. To. Be. Fired. Raw food, Wouldn’t sell anything besides burgers/ fries, forgot half the already limited order. Ruined my whole year. I hate you guys.

Greaaat, quick service, hot food! This reataurant obviously has a great quality assurance model and/or specialist! They obviously know that there is “always room for improvement”. I hope that your employees receive the recognition and pay they seemingly deserve. You get what you pay for. If they are happy and they take great pride in their work, they make you look good. Food service employment can be a really hard occupation. You make it look easy! I go the distance to eat at this restaurant when I have to eat out, and watch my weight. I pass other Wendy’s restaurants. This location serve fresh salads, etc. They give you the heads up when they are out of something, don’t skimp on quality, and my order has never been wrong. I’ve never gotten home and regretted my order from this location. Even the trainees seem excited. The customer service is immaculate. And I know it is not easy to service the public. I see you Wendy’s Assembly St. Kudos!!!!! Thank you!!

4/5 times you are met with unwarranted attitude from an employee, no matter how nice you are to them or how simple your order is. They’re also randomly closed on the inside and will expect you to walk through the drive thru to get your mobile order (if they even answer the phone). Food is what you would expect from a fast food place and convenient in a crunch but you’re probably better off going to Subway or another place down the street if you’d like to skip out feeling like a criminal for wanting an order of fries.

I’m only giving 1 star because the girl at the front counter was nice and the food was good. The order taker wanted to cop an attitude because I misheard her saying that they could only accept cash at the drive thru. I thought that she was only reiterating the message on the board which said that only card payments were accepted in drive thru. It was not a big deal and I paid for my food inside of the store but, the fact that she talked smack in front of my face with her coworker was unprofessional. I find it funny that she did that considering she used to “mishear” me all of the time when she would put ice in my drink, despite the fact that I told her “no ice” and she put “no ice” on the order board. At least I can own up to my mistakes. She was the reason why I stopped coming for months and she is the reason why I’m not coming back again.

Visited this location today and received horrible customer service. The lady at the window asked me what I ordered, after confirming she gives me a bag and says “I hope everything is in the bag” with an attitude. I get back to work and sat down to eat and low and behold, I received the wrong order. Smh… no time to go back and get it fixed. Do better Wendy’s.

Went here at 11:50P.M. on Sunday 3/27/23 the girl in the drive through said they are only taking door dash orders so I couldn’t get food. Never heard such a thing…. I saw employees sitting around inside the lobby. Yeah never going back to this Wendy’s again.
