Consistently find issues with my order. The cashier at lunch has a chip on her shoulder. If I am polite, yes ma’am no ma’am and I get undercooked chicken and stiffed on fries one more time I will throw it back

Love the Strawberry frosty and most of the menu items. Don’t know what happening at a couple of the Wendy’s I went to later in the evening, but it took so long to get waited on in the drive through window. Hope this improve !

Just had the worst Wendy’s experience in my life. After waiting to order my food through the drive thru on Garner’s Ferry Road, I watched three of the workers play with and curse at the young man in the car in front of me. Items were thrown inside his car and he threw them back. After watching this exchange for about 10 minutes, one of them finally gave him a bag which he threw right back through the window. One of the workers looked in my direction, noticed my facial expression, and must have realized that they were doing too much. He finally gave the customer his order and the customer drove off and so did I. I refuse to patronize a food business whose workers do NOT respect their jobs, workspace, and especially their customers.

Absolutely THE worst experience here ever today. I felt sorry for the cashier. She seemed new and was learning so I can sympathize. The other 2 counter workers were trying to help but since one was a manager he was not taking charge of the food production issues. They were out of baked potatoes, no apples for kids meals, and they don’t serve Dave’s Singles anymore even though it’s still on the menu. Not sure if that’s a corporate or local decision, but that’s a really ridiculous menu change. No one’s orders were being completely filled correctly – ours nor other customers. What they were serving was coming out extremely slow. At 2pm on a Saturday, this wasn’t even during peak lunch hour. We’ve had bad service here in the past at times, but then we’d have good service at other times, but today was the day that convinced me we won’t be going back.

After waiting a while to get to the drive thru speaker, and after waiting over ten minutes to even be acknowledged as being there, I asked, “Hello?” Into the speaker ( Being careful not to show any annoyance, since I prefer my food without spit, or worse), I was met with a very rude voice asking me, “Can you just wait? We’re understaffed.” We left without ordering, or even being given the chance to do so.

Drive thru line moves super slow which is understandable if they’re short staffed but the attitudes are uncalled for. I simply told the guy at window that my drink was the wrong size and some rude lil girl at the window had an attitude about it.

So first of all you’re going to wait for forever and I mean forever for anybody to even assist you at the drive-thru. I quite literally sat at the Box for 10 minutes That doesn’t include the 20-minute wait to get to the drive-thru box. I waited 45 minutes to pick up an order That was supposed to be ready when I got there and still was not ready even after the 45 minute wait. one of the orders was supposed to have a chocolate Frosty. When I mentioned that the frosty had not been given to me I was told that they’re not running the machine yet the frosty had already been paid for. Overall has got to be the worst Wendy’s that I have ever encountered

The crew on nights at this Wendy’s is terrible. My grandbaby couldn’t even eat the nuggets they were cold, and hard. She bit into one and was like ewww nasty. They don’t answer the phone at all. Like this unacceptable. The day shift is way better than this night shift. You can truly tell the difference.

Truly hit or miss! Some days they are on point, others not so great! As of lately the lobby always seem to be closed BEFORE it’s closing time which forces you to go thru the drive thru which gets backed up pretty quickly seeing as the service is slow. Seems to mostly be young ppl/teenagers working so I often witness a lot of horseplaying or inappropriate conversations at the window. Food is mostly good from my experience but after a long wait, some things are cold like the fries & getting back in that long line for fresh fries is out of the question

This is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. The drive through cashier was rude. The manager didn’t know that tea didn’t come out carbonated like soda. He thought it would because it came from the same machine as the sodas. Their drinks had no flavor just carbonation. The food was cold when we received it, and they only had 2 packs of mayonnaise in the whole building and didn’t give our sauces for nuggets. The dining room was closed so I would have to wait in the long line for a second time just to get my order corrected. I do not recommend this Wendy’s at all. Do better Dave!!!
