I normally do not write reviews, however my experience at this Wendy’s was too bad not to. My family and I decided to dine-in and right off the bat you can see the place is dirty/not clean. There was flies on the ketchup dispenser, dried up red drink all all over the counter and straws, and the lids to the drinks were put on backwards making it difficult to take one out. We all ordered the same exact food and drink, so you would think it would be pretty straight forward and fast, right? Wrong. Multiple customers received their food orders after us, even in the drive through too. After 30 minutes of waiting we went and asked if they have forgotten about us, which they did. We even chatted with the manager. We then waited another 20 minutes and they still had forgotten about us. Finally, they gave us our food but I will not be eating here again. Ridiculous.

We dined in and when we completed order their card reader machine went down. They then tried to run my cards through the drive thru reader to no avail. The manager finally just comped the meal which she didn’t really have to do. I really admire everyone there for keeping their cool and reacting appropriately to a very difficult situation. Kudos to the staff there!

Update: The guy working drive in window @ around 915-930 on June 5th, should be fired. He’s rude and thinks that shutting the sliding door stops you from hearing him make a joking comment about you to the other coworker and purposely holding the sauce and waiting for you to find out he didn’t put it in the bag to be inconvenient is just horrible customer service.

Terrible experience. this person at the window was NOT a teen even tho she acted like one. she was a woman who had a terrible attitude she took my order and when i asked for sauce she ignored me she needs to be fired. I asked for sauce once again thinking she didn’t hear but she said loud IS THAT IT? after this i said thanks and drove off seeing her in the window, this is Crazy that she still works here after seeing other people’s reviews.

Thank Goodness they have some type of new management because sheesh the times before Inhave came to this one and the one on BROAD RIVER the same woman girl lady that works at the window has a whole lot of attitude for and NO customer service last time she gave such bad customer service I didn’t even wanna eat the food that was giving because of the energy I go back today to grab my kids something because we love Wendy’s food it was someone new at the window a older stern lady who could also be a bit more kind but at least she asked if we needed anything else like a cup holder she seems like she’s getting her staff right and they definitely need some straightening ….

So in April of last year I was going to restaurants almost every day to purchase food for myself when I would eat, and for my children so they could eat. I went to this Wendy’s one morning for breakfast and my sausage biscuit I know for sure it was a number five because that’s the only thing I eat from Wendy’s was cold and hard like it was Old. It was horrible and I didn’t even check to see what my children’s were like I just went ahead and threw it out because I couldn’t even feed that to my dog, it would’ve just been wrong! I hope since then they’ve gotten better but idk because I never went back.

They have trash service. There employees have the worst attitude. On top of them not noing how to complete an order . God forbid you call them on it … I guess the new way to deal with the customer, is to give them an attitude ,and after the attitude comes the cop threats….I ordered from the drive thru , they ask me what condiments I needed. I was very specific. Still they ignored the request. So now I have to find a parking go back in and request the same items … was I irritated? Yes it’s an inconvenience. So what do I get ? Not a simple apology and here u go sir …problem solved. Instead I get this little girl with the most disrespectful, confrontational attitude. She had the audacity to sit there and argue with me like we where out on the streets . Not like she was an employee of Wendy’s and I was the paying customer ..at the end of the day ,we need to ask ourselves is this the best Wendy’s has to offer? If so why in the world would I support a fastfood place like this . I work way to hard for my money,and there is to many other places I can spend money, to have to deal with this. Like I owe them….. you shoul be a shamed Wendy’s and management….
