Nice, updated and modern location. I have yet to have an incorrect order from this location with a 10+ order history. The workers aren’t overly negative and will usually joke back with you when you get them talking. If you like Wendy’s, this is probably the best location within a reasonable driving distance.

We tried the new Wendy’s today for lunch and it was great. The restaurant was really clean and everything was well stocked. Even though it was busy the staff got the orders up quickly. We even had ours brought out personally to our table. They also have one of the drink machines where you can customize your soda. My daughter and I got a lot of food & thanks to an offer on the app it was a great deal!! We will definitely stop again soon.

Ordered on line as we always do to go through drive through window. Get to the menu board Give them our name drive to the window as they asked and then they tell us it’s inside OK so why not just hand it to me through the window since we are already here they didn’t want to walk around the counter to get it They told us we had to come in to get it then we go to park to come inside to get it and it does say drive-through window pick up so they just did not want to go Around the counter to get it and bring it to the window I don’t understand why they couldn’t they had plenty of employees that day 1st time this has happened otherwise it’s always been Good.

Visited the Wendy’s in Greer, SC on Highway 101…my fries were cold and stale like they had been sitting out for hours. My chicken nuggets were also cold. I don’t expect my food to be steaming hot but this was totally unacceptable…hoping for a better experience in the future

The food here is good. But the problem is that they are ALWAYS forgetting something from my order. It is ridiculous, how many times do I gotta go inside and get my order corrected? The managers are pretty friendly but some of the crew members could be a bit friendlier.

I have been there a couple of times. 1st time the wait was 40 mins long. This time I ordered a bacon burger and got a cold chicken sandwich. Unfortunately, I had already driven home. Had to throw it away. Waste of my money! How does chicken look like a burger?

Went through drive thru, asked for a Pepsi and bacon poutine. Tookalmost an hour to make a bacon poutine. They bumped the order and forgot to make it. And when one co-worker told the other I asked for a bacon poutine one of them said “make it yourself” unprofessional and rude. If you don’t wanna work at fast food. Find a job somewhere else. Otherwise do your job.
