I’m not even surprised at the poor level of customer service and food quality at this chain location. Every time I have eaten at this particular chain I have received the barest amount of food (even when I pay extra to have more). For example, today I ordered a pub fry, and there was literally half a tsp of sauce and I wasn’t ab to pay .50 for them to put another half scoop on there. Then I ordered a chicken sandwich and got a literal scrape of sauce on it with the wimpiest produce. Then on top of that I had ketchup all over my wrapper, and mind you my sandwich doesn’t come with ketchup. Then I was told they only do two combos in the driveway. Now mind you if you have a family of 3+ and it’s unfavorable weather do you think I’m bout to walk into the restaurant to get the same thing I should be able to via a drive-thru. Time after time I try to give this location a chance and each time I’m reminded just why I will always choose any other fast food chain over this one.

Just went there for a late lunch. The fries were decent but the chicken nuggets and chicken sandwhich were cold & hard. The sandwhich was so dry I couldn’t even eat it! I got the $5 biggie bag but somehow it was $6.80. It would be nice to know if you are getting upcharged for something. The girl at the drive thru was nice enough but food was horrible. Go to the Woodruff Rd. location it is 100% better!

However, over the last few months my orders are missing something or wrong, the hours of operation are inconsistent, and today I was told if I’m ordering more than one combo meal, I have to go inside. We ordered 2 combos and received our drinks, which I should mention we never got straws for. We were told to pull ahead, and after waiting for nearly 25 minutes, my friend walked up to the drive-through window (both doors were locked) to ask what the hold up was. They straight up forgot to cook our food. We then sat back in the car for another 20 minutes before receiving 2 sandwiches and 2 fries. I don’t think we should have to wait for nearly an hour for some fast food.

Went to Wendy’s today In mauldin (she was talking like 100 mph) i asked if i could substitute my fries for a baked potato she then asked what kind of potatoe. She rung it up didnt even tell me the upcharge or anything (just rung it up ) specifically asked for ranch with my meal get to the window i look in my bag it’s BBQ sauce so I politely asked for my ranch that I had originally asked for in the 1st place… she told me she can’t give out sauces at the window i told her yall didn’t give me what I asked for from the beginning she rolled her eyes ans grabbed 2 honey mustards… I paused put my car in park and looked at her and again said “ma’am that’s not ranch either” she said u clearly just asked for honey mustard I said no ma’am I didn’t. I have now asked yall for my ranch 3 times now!!! She really rolled her eyes at thud point and finally gave me my ranch smh sheesh all that bc they can’t get the sauces correct do better and yeah she was our color smh customer service is trash nowadays… I use to get rewarded for excellent customer service. Now idk what’s going on… if u don’t like your job plz get on indeed fake it til u make it or something bc baby !!!! Rude is an understatement!!! I will not be back!!!!

Let start off saying that Wendy’s is my absolute favorite fast food chain. I am a die hard Wendy’s fan. BUT THIS. THIS WENDY’S LET ME DOWN. How can chicken nuggets be soggy? Not only were the chicken nuggets soggy, but they felt and tasted as though they have been sitting out for hours on end. Whoever is back there cooking needs to be fired. The chicken sandwich and hamburger I ordered looked like they were dropped in grease. My french fries were stale. At least the drink was okay. This place was terrible. I have never not finished a meal at Wendy’s but I could not do it this time. On top of it all, the worker was extremely rude.

Poor service, went through the drive thru at 8:30pm waited 20 mins for cold food. I went back to the window and complained about the food. He traded my food for warm food. He didn’t even apologize, just handed me the bag and closed the window.
