This particular Wendy’s never have anything. Every time I’ve visited they are out of something or always get my order wrong. The employees are always playing around or loud and rude. I was so excited to have a Wendy’s near my home. Me and most of my relatives have worked at a Wendy’s for 20+ years so I know what quality and customer service is expected when visiting a Wendy’s establishment. I don’t know if it’s under a different franchise, but management needs better control of their employees and inventory. I’ve never experienced this at any other Wendy’s and this is a brand new building. Would I recommend this Wendy’s? Absolutely not! Will I continue to visit? Yes. I want to keep the revenue in my neighborhood to see it grow.

I just attempted to order at the drive thru window. I along with 5 other cars wanted for almost 20.minutes and no employee took our order. I then proceeded to window every 3 female employees stood. One sweeping., one standing and the last pressing buttons. On the cash registe with her back turned away from me. I asked if they were still open and none of them replied. After a few minutes, one finally replied yes. This is one rude and nasty attitude carrying place of business..Why do they go to work if they don’t want to be there. Stay at home with all that negativity. If you learn to be friendly, the perhaps better times will come you way. Managers ahold post their numbers and monitor customer service. Most of all, get rid of all that negativity out!

Went there on 5-3-23. I ordered on the app. I had a bag combo and a Dave’s classic combo. Thank God I did. The employees refused to take an order at the counter; barking at anyone who wouldn’t use the order kiosks. The dining room was a disaster (there was so much red soda spilled on the machine and floor, that it looked like a crime scene). My order was wrong and the clerk was mad that I dare ask for drink cups (to house the drinks I paid for). This location only takes cash and turned two customers rudely away for that. I have been to this location before and the drive thru service was terrible. How can a new Wendy’s be so bad. In short, if you are in RH and want Wendy’s; avoid this location and go somewhere else.

I wish I could give zero stars. My family have attended to order from here four times. Three times they only accepted “exact cash”, and the other time the “system was down” and you couldn’t order anything. This location is less than a year old and yet one can never order food. Any review over a one star must be from the employees or their friends. The owner of this Wendy’s should do something!

The Caucasian female manager that normally works the second shift is very nice. It was only her and one employee and she was doing the best she could with drive thru and dining room being open. The new GM needs to work mid shifts until she gets her store in order! Half first and half second her busiest hours!!

Been to this location on four separate occasions since they opened. They are always out of food, system down, or exact cash only. Worst Wendy’s I have ever tried to get food at. Wouldn’t know if things are fresh or not as I have never been able to order. Place is a waste of time and space.

When they first opened they were amazing….I’m assuming they pulled the best employees from different locations for the opening. A few months later and this place is a disaster…ie dumpster fire . Never have half the things on the menu ( just don’t order supplies/ don’t want to make it) every single time the door dash orders are trash. One night we ordered 3 times and it was completely wrong each time. Ordered actual meals and received chicken nuggets and a coke each time. Order $25 dollars worth of food and received $5 dollars in food each time. This place is hot trash.

On August 16th 2023 I went through the drive thru to get a #1 with sweet tea, along with an order of French toast sticks. The morning crew is chilling at the pick up window. Although it wasn’t busy it was very unprofessional to see the whole crew leaning and doin nothing. I drove all the way home and see that I have no French toast sticks. Like how?? And they weren’t even busy. This new breakfast crew is rude and ghetto. As I returned to get what was missing the workers are all in the same spot once again doing nothing and being seen doing nothing. I got no apology AT ALL!!! No remorse, nothing extra, they just didn’t care. I said thank you as I was handed my missing food and the girl said “ummhum”….not “your welcome”. This gotta be a new crew because I’ve never experienced such unprofessional behavior and I’ve worked fast food and never would’ve treated customers this way. It’s the CONJUGATING for me…

This is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been too. Went there 3 times and they get the order wrong. Tried to over charge me for the food. I was wondering why there was no one there. Never going back. The owner would fair better hiring Chimpanzees to work there.
