I was in town Tuesday for lunch, and like a different reviewer I also witnessed the manager at the counter while I was waiting for my food very rudely and in front of everyone tell someone that was there for an interview that he wasn’t going to interview them because they were not a good fit for the team without even speaking to them first. The young man that was there for an interview was baffled and so was I. Here it is two days later, and I attempted to go through the drive-through. I waited forever on a cheeseburger that was literally a bun, a piece of meat with some mustard on it. I ordered a cheeseburger with only mayo. I repeat, I received a bun with a piece of meat with some mustard on it. I waited 25 minutes in the drive-through line for this as they told me they were short staffed before ever even taking my order as if they just wanted me to go ahead and drive away. The manager is absolutely not a good fit for this location. He should have hired that young man that day as his replacement.

I actually asked them to cancel our order and refund me while waiting on them to make our food. After spending over 20 minutes in line to order, and then another 10 sitting at the window, I witnessed some very unsanitary actions made by a couple of the workers. The manager was understanding and did not give me any hassle, and immediately refunded and apologized. We’ve eaten here before, but will not be returning.

This place is pathetic. Rude workers that don’t know how to read an order must less bag one. But they sure know how to leave parts of the order out! They don’t care about the job they just want a paycheck. This is a perfect example of why no other businesses will come to York! These type of workers can’t read.

Omg if the food wasn’t thee absolute worst I’ve ever had $31.00 we threw the entire order away bc the best your going to get from previous experience, bc any fastfood today even my favorite sit down restaurant shut are either a hit or miss & if I owned any fast-food chain I’d be there day in & day out u can’t trust someone else to put 100% into something lining your pockets ppl see your making any profit today it’s like woah hold up well I’m in business to make a profit I own a local swimming pool co but I’m the best hands down I’m not a fly by night work out of my truck company pay taxes alot of them and I get a little profit and maintaining swimming pools and when u chose to spend ur hard earned $ at a fast food place like Wendy’s especially with what they spend in advertising spend that on your employees give them a reason to smile yes sometimes more than others are a slap in the face but u treat ur employees good there less likely to screw u , and I’m tired if the hit & miss no wonder new restaurants are popping up they’ll hopefully surpass Wendy’s and bk and McDonald’s !!!!! The nastiness in the cashiers & the ppl handing out the food are no different, someone within these cos need to monitor these places bc I’m bout to stop spending my $ w/any of them , there just making me put together my own home cooked food and ik how and with what and in where my food came from and was made !

Worst food. Worst service. I have never been treated so horribly. We had food missing, when we mentioned it was thrown inside the bag. Cigarettes were hanging out one of the workers mouths. Two of the other employees wouldn’t keep their hands off of each other long enough to do their job. All food was cold and stale.

Have given this place to many chances.. used to be good. Waited long time to get my food. Paid over 8 dollars for a cold nasty burger. I don’t how it was cold when they just made it. I guess I won’t come back anymore. Hopefully it will close down and something better takes it’s place.
