The manager that took out order was super friendly. The coke machine was clean, the floor and booths were clean, and the food was fresh. This was a fantastic place this trip. 10/10 would go back.

I work in North Forsyth and Wendy’s is just a quick place to stop and grab food. Always the #4 regular meal with a large strawberry lemonade. Each time I’ve gone (two-three) they’ve been nothing but rude and they definitely can’t stand when you use Apple Pay. They roll their eyes and snatch your phone like it’s an inconvenience. Today I went for lunch and when I went to pay with Apple Pay, it declined, no problem I paid with cash. But before I could even get the cash out the manager yelled out at me that it declined and I need to pay! I asked again the total and handed her the cash. Then they tossed my lemonade at me and slammed the window. No thank you, no have a great day, nothing. My chicken sandwich wasn’t cooked through, they gave me a large fry when I didn’t ask for that, only a large lemonade.

It’s been 30 minutes and I’ve been sitting in line waiting just to get my order taken. I actually ordered online but they’re only taking one order at a time. Apparently. Every time you say something the guy says “do what?” or “what did you say” in an aggressive manner. He did the same thing to the car in front of me. It ended up taking almost 40 minutes to get the food. I ordered off the mobile order and it’s incorrect. Worst Wendy’s hands down…

This is the second time in a row I have come and they have given and charged me for a large combo without asking me if I wanted one. On the first occasion I thought maybe they thought I had asked for one and that it was an honest mistake. But it happened again today. Since when did restaurants automatically charge you for a large!? In my 30+ years of life, small has always been the standard. Seems a bit scammy to me, like they are banking on people not paying attention to the price. (Drive-Thru)

Ordered 6pc spicy nuggets along with a meal and got charged for it but the manager handed me the first bag then immediately closed the window. I checked the order and noticed it was missing the nuggets so I sat there while she was ignoring me by the window the whole time. finally got her attention and asked her about the nuggets which she replied “it’s coming its cooking omg” I replied with “damn what’s wrong with you”. when I received the food only got 4 pc nuggets and no sauce but ofc didn’t notice because I’d already drove off. needless to say will no long be coming to this wendys.

I have never omg this like my 1star review within weeks of my local fast food restaurants! I feel if you don’t say nothing nothing will change! I took my elderly client thru Wendy’s she had a coupon bogo and she presented the coupon and the Manager didn’t get name but Asian decent was so rude!! When she clipped coupon it didn’t include the expiration date! Omg I understand but for the manager during lunch shift to reprimand my client which is a Senior Citizen no they can’t disrespect my like a Grandmother customer service is out the window! Everything is about money! The manager man Asian decent was so worried about coupons!!! Then I learned from another client that most of the time Managers work the drive thru and this too is about business and not about customer service! I felt like if I would have asked him for extra napkins I would have been assaulted! So know these workers are not customer oriented and they are about their paychecks! So sad really! 2 customers that won’t be back! And please don’t reach out to me to correct it just know you need to have better customer skills and the client still is always right!

Be ware your charge!!! I ordered Combo #7 and clearly said $10.07 at menu but they charged $11.29. So I asked manager correct that issue. And manager said NO, and said its store policy and its owned by individual!

I went to the drive thru. There were no other cars at 6 pm. I ordered 3 meals. One was a taco salad. When I got home, I realized there was no meat, salsa, or chili on the salad. I called twice and got memory full.

Horrible service. Guy in the drive through yelled at us because apparently it’s rude to ask what count nuggets they offered. He then wouldn’t answer us through the speaker and handed us our food aggressively and never said anything.
