I went through the drive thru and ordered a baconator, the below is what I received! When I questioned it I was told that this sandwich comes in single, double or triple.. what I ordered was a single. Ok if it’s a single baconator why did I receive this thin burger and 3 1/2 pieces of bacon?? The fact that they are passing this off as a baconator makes no freaking sense!! I paid $8 for a sandwich that is clearly not worth it!Also to make the situation worse, the woman at the window was rude and very condescending!!

Got to menu board this morning around 10:25. The menu board still showing breakfast, but then told they only have selected things, and when I said I’m okay taking lunch then, I was told they didn’t think they could ring up lunch yet. So I ordered the baconator breakfast sandwich and took fries since they didn’t have the “potatoe wedges.” Did not even get the right sandwich. Have no clue what ot is they gave me. Some kinda chicken with 2 small pieces of bacon and some sort of sugary sauce. I had to be at work, or I would have gone back. Also, customer service here sucks! I’m a regular at this wendys, and all these young ppl seem to hate working, or at least that’s how they come off. Very unfriendly & kinda hateful. A thank you or have a nice day goes a long way with people like dang.

On May 29th at 7:41pm we received an Uber Eats order (two 6 piece nuggets, baconator fries and a baked potato). Opened the bag and this is what my potato looked like. Gross!! I was so livid, I drove up to the Wendy’s to show them this mess they served to a customer. As I was talking to the young cashier, the manager walked up to the counter, looked at the potato, and walked away. He did not say one word to me. No apology, nothing. They replaced my potato. Oh, I got an extra 6 piece of nuggets. Never again will I order from this establishment. Poor service, horrible food and even worse management. The manager and the person who put this in the bag should be fired. This is inexcusable. Would be zero stars if I could give it.

Not sure what’s happened to this place in the last 3 months but I’ve had to check my bag each time that I leave to get my order correctly today I ordered the usual I checked the bag and there was missing items I didn’t even bother with telling them I just left I shouldn’t have to not only check my bag but go in to make it right. I ordered the ghost pepper fries and what they gave me was a small fry and a packet of ranch sauce that has pepper type stuff in it. That was clearly not what the billboard outside on the menu showed ghost fries to be but I just left it alone and left. I gave 2 stars because at least they got my drink right.

My mother and I visited this establishment on 7/24/23. The first thing we noticed were several flies around the cashier area. The lady helping us with our order informed us it that it was because of the drive-through window being opened and closed, understandable. We then placed our order, and when we were given our food, it was just laying on a trey with no paper liner underneath it, therefore, any fries that were not contained inside of the box were touching this dirty trey that clearly hadn’t been washed. The women’s restroom also needed attention. The food was average.

This evening was my first time doing a online order at this location. I will never do it again. They did not pay attention to the order. None of the sauces we ordered were in the bag, one meal had no french fries which was paid for then they made the drink twice the size we ordered. Almost half of the order was left out of the bag and the young lady had to be sent back and the order was still not right, I didn’t even bother to go back for the missing fries, I was too irritated at this point.

I just left the drive-through and we had to wait a while for our order. One of the young men at the window was so nice and talking to my son about his stuffed animal while we were waiting and then gave him a frosty to apologize for our wait. Great customer service and it made my sons night. A little bit of kindness goes so far.
