Yesterday, I got a #1 breakfast combo, large, & was told that the total was $7.91, which was fine. I get to the first window & pay with a card, the 2 girls inside were talking & laughing amongst themselves & never spoke to me. After charging my card, one of the girls handed it back to me & promptly closed the window. I thought perhaps I’d get my receipt at the next window, so I pulled forward and was handed 2 large drinks, even though I only ordered one. I told the man that I only ordered one and he said that the order was for 2 meals, to which I said that it was only one & that I had been told the total was $7.91. He looked at the screen & said that the total that I’d been charged was $15.81. I told him that this was incorrect. He was very polite & instructed me to wait, then walked away from the window. A woman then came to the window & stated that she needed my card again, to make the correction. While waiting for this to occur, the man returned & handed me the 2 orders & said, “I know you didn’t order this, but it’s on me”. The lady returned & handed me my card and quickly left without saying anything. I looked in the bags & found a receipt that was for $3 and some change, but was not even for what was in the bag. I needed to get on with work, so I left. This morning, I find that my card had indeed been billed $15.81. That’s okay, there are other Wendy’s in Cartersville, that have never ripped me off. This location has been hit & miss for quite some time. Not sure if this is a franchise or company store, but it has gotten the last dollar from me. I know that one person doesn’t make a difference, but I’ve noticed how bad this store’s Google reviews have been & that is how a restaurant puts themselves out of business. Being in the service industry, you really should pay attention. Paying for 2 meals certainly won’t break me. I gave it away. That’s not the point of this post. My point is that this is terrible customer service. I was never rude of disrespectful, I even thanked the gentleman at the window, when I began to pull away. Deceitful actions are no way to maintain your customer base. In fact, it is a way to drive business away from your establishment.

The person who took the order and did the money handling had an attitude. The person that gave us our food and drinks was 10 times nicer.

Ask for Tatiana, she is professional, make sure your food is fresh and serves with a smile. She is polite and easy to communicate with. She deserves a RAISE.

This Wendy’s needs some help ex: there are 2 soda machines in this restaurant 1 was out of order, the other one needed to be re-stocked. The cheeseburger tasted as if it had been under a lamp for a while.

Walked in to a smoke filled lobby with someone sitting at a table that looked like they were camped out with their dog….. then we were turned away by wendys employees saying their lobby was closed, how did you get in here. I said the door was unlocked I walked through the smoke and came in. I hope district managers read this because that’s the sorriest excuse for a fast food restaurant I’ve been in since the last time I worked downtown Atlanta. We won’t be back.

Manager has a poor attitude. Got mad at me when I came through drive thru to pick up an order and said I needed to come inside. Yet half the time the lobby is closed. Attached is a photo of the locked door. This Wendy’s is a terrible top to bottom.

We rolled through the drive-thru at this Wendy’s in Cartersville, Georgia, to get some food for our road trip back to Montgomery, Alabama. We ordered our food some fruit cups as well. The fruit cups were $1.59 each. As you can tell by the pictures, only one-fourth of the cup was filled. I thought this was a mistake. When I went in to inquire about the fruit, the lady manager told me that they were instructed to put 6 pieces of strawberry and 6 blueberries into each fruit cup. This is why I rated the restaurant two stars. Although the restaurant was very clean, anyone who sells product in this manner, does not deserve more than two stars. Wendy’s is always very consistent! I am ashamed to say that Wendys has jumped aboard the greed train!

Today was Fed 27 23 around 12:45pm I had the worst experience going through drive-through. The lady that I encountered was a light skinned women she was very unprofessional. we ordered the two for six and I had the 2023 frosty card. When I got to the window, I asked for a free frosty. The mix lady close the window on me while I was still talking, and then proceeded to do whatever she was doing. Then I believe the manager come to the window and told her to make a frosty, with out asking what flavor we wanted. I’m allergic to chocolate and when the mixed lady got to the window I asked her if she could give us a vanilla frosty. They rolled her eyes then aggressively throw if in the trash. The location that I encountered this behavior 254 N N Dixie Ave. SE Cartersville Ga 30120
