I experienced the drive thru and the service was terrible. The employees were not helpful and treated me like it was a hindrance to make my order. I was polite and patient, but they did not seem to appreciate that. I love Wendy’s food, but it isn’t my first choice.

I just left wendys today. 6.21.23 at 330pm est and let me be the first to say they have just lost a loyal customer. The food wasn’t fresh, the workers had a very nasty attitude and the manager was the worst. The store wasn’t busy so it should have been fresh food as soon as we ordered but it wasn’t and when I asked them to remake the food they tried to say it was fresh and argue with my husband about remaking our food. The manager just stood there and allowed her employees to be disrespectful and didn’t try to rectify the situation. I need help in co tasting corporate about this matter. Please help shed some light on this because that is not how business should be handled.

This is based on 1 person, which I know isn’t fair, but the young man who served us our food at the window (drive thru), was neither helpful or friendly. He seemed as though he hated everything and everyone and it didn’t get our order of drinks right and when we asked for extra condiments, we were given 3 packs, when asked for straws, he just huffed. That isn’t the kind of service that people look for.

Stopped at this Wendy’s on a Saturday night just before 8pm. Doors locked and inside looked like it had been mopped for the night. The door said the lobby stayed open til 10pm. We wanted to get out and stretch our legs not stay in the car and go through the drive thru. This location is right off the Interstate so I can only imagine the kids working closed early because it was slow. I hope someone in charge sees this and remedies the employees from closing down the dining room before the posted time. We left and went to Waffle House down the road.

If you want a decent fast food drive through burger look nowhere else McDonald’s doesn’t come close and BK just never seems quite as fresh not to mention a whopper is generally all I will eat from there if there’s not a Wendy’s next door

Tell me why these folks gave me a bowl of spoiled apples? I was trying to look for the expiration date but there isn’t on on the bowl. Either way they should be able to tell that fruits are bad when they’re discolored. They probably couldn’t smell it (it smelt pretty bad). The chicken biscuit was good though.

I mobile ordered 4 honey butter chicken biscuits and there wasn’t any honey or butter on them. When I called the manager she said come back and I’ll give you honey butter to put on your biscuits. I said, really? She said bring them back and I’ll put honey butter on your biscuits. I said, you are going to take them back through the drive thru window after I left and took them to my office? She the offered to remake my order. Guess Wendy’s is out of honey and butter because the 4 honey butter biscuits did NOT have honey or butter on them. After 2 trips to Wendy’s I still didnt have what I ordered. This is absurd. Wasting my time and money……
